I purchased some plants in 2019. I chose to have the plants delivered in April since I ordered it for my US home and we live in Canada. It is in Washington state. They shipped in December while it was snowing and we were not there. When I got an email that they shipped my product and I emailed them back asking why, when I asked them to ship in April. It is snowing. They didn't reply to my email. I called the CS and they told me that they will send me another shipment. That they never did.
I wish I had read the reviews of this place first. I ordered what I thought was plants and instead I got roots that never grew or died in the process. They only sent half the order and I had to insist to get the other half. Total rip off and waste of money. I really regret attempting to buy plants online. Plus, the responses they give to people comments on Yelp are total BS. Take a picture of a non-existing plant?
Their warranty is hilarious: "Within 90 days if your plants die" yet since they are bare roots, they aren't even alive yet so the "Some Plants Will Not All Come Up Same Season as Planted but Will the Following Spring" is not covered in the 3 month warranty and again is total BS.
In addition, in the reply to my comment on Yelp, TN actually tried to tell me what I can and cannot expect from products that do not grow, that have no warranty because they may not grow until "the next spring" and acts like everyone who posted on Yelp is just making it up. Avoid at all costs!

I ordered my raspberries late in the fall and was told that there was a good chance they wouldn't make it. Not only did they make it, but they were producing before winter and came back even better the next spring.
Hi Billie, thank you so much for your positive feedback! We’re thrilled to hear you enjoyed the raspberries. We find it to be a favorite among many of our customers. Thanks again for your kind words and for being a fantastic customer.
I purchased my 10 Ostrich ferns in your Nursery. Though I got hold of it bare-roots but it surely grown beautifully now. I cannot help but be thankful of TN Nursery for I bought it inexpensively yet the results are amazing!
We really appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review, Mark. These are the stories that keep us so motivated to continue doing what we are doing, and we are so happy to hear that you had a great experience. Let us know if we can do anything else for you.
We couldn't be more pleased with the Carpet Moss we received. It was in perfect condition when we received it... moist and ready for planting. The planting suggestions were great and the moss is already firmly attached on the berms we prepared it for.
Attached a photo of installation day and I intend to send photos next spring, when our little Zen garden is complete. I thoroughly expect the moss to survive the winter here and look lovely next spring.
Than you so much for a great online shopping experience with live plants. We may be in the market for some golden ferns next!

Very hardy plants with an easy to use website. I am very happy with the condition of the plants and ecstatic to find a reasonable priced line of products. I am still waiting to see the fruition of my endeavors but everything appears to be going as planned with trees that show a reserved vitality and have evidenced an ability to stand against the elements so far.
Your review made our day, Alan. We have passed your comments on to our team so they can enjoy the good vibes too. Comments like yours make our work worthwhile. We love that you enjoy our plants. We could not do what we do without great customers like you! Thank you for choosing us, we cannot wait to help you again!
I purchased 4 short leaf pines which took 8 days to ship from Middle TN to West TN. Those lived 3 days. I emailed them about a warranty which they gave me store credit (cash back would have been better) so I bought 2 yellow pines and 2 short leaf pines which took 11 days to ship from Middle TN to West TN, those arrived dead and there was nothing they could do and the warranty was only good on the first trees so now I have 8 dead pines. They make expensive kindling for a burn pile.

I bought a couple of vines from this place, and they were shipped in ziplock bags with some water gel that had saturated and rotted the plants. I paid for "mature plants," but what I got were a couple of half dead twigs with a bruised, floppy leaf. There was a paper saying the plants might look dead, but that they were "dormant," (although it was not winter) and gave instructions. I followed the instructions to the letter, and a few days later, they'd withered entirely. I left them in the ground just in case, and a couple months later, no growth, no nothing. I paid money for a couple of dead sticks. Given this company's track record of terrible customer service, I didn't bother trying to do a return. Don't waste your time.
PLEASE NOTE: This place also goes by GARDEN DELIGHTS NURSERY.

TN Nursery had the Birdsfoot Violets I was looking for. Received more than I ordered, so thank you very much! All 6 have sprouted and are happily growing! Checkout was quick and simple.
Albeit a premature review... we live in hope! Pics in the Spring! So far the experience with Tenn Wholesale Nursery has been tremendous. Even with the free USPS shipping option, the two dogwood trees were delivered within a couple of days of placing the order. The barerooted specimens looked healthy and had a substantial rootball. An excellent price for a pink and specimen. I look forward to future dealings with this company as our new house and garden develops. Colin & Kim Burke
Hi Colin, your comments have been shared with our entire team at Tennessee Wholesale Nursery. When we hear from happy customers like you, we spread the positivity around! Hope to serve you again soon.
If you know this already then fine, if not, read on. I got lured in by the prices and the great photos of the plants. It wasn't until after my card was charged did I get an invoice that informed me I bought roots. I called, emailed, and tried to cancel order immediately. No answer/no response. When I did talk with customer service, they said "Sorry all sales are final" and suggested that I should have looked into their guarantee page which described what they sell, despite this not being on their homepage or within product description or product photos. Oh well, first and last time ordering for me. I would have been happy enough if the roots would grow withing 4 weeks so I could enjoy them this season, but nope, I'll have to wait an entire year I was told. So if you got the time, this may be your place to shop, if not, skip it and find a nursery with better products and better customer service.

We ordered two mulberry trees at the end of 2020 and asked for a delivery of April. We live in N. H., and our pachage came right on time. We soaked the roots the appropriate amount of time and planted them just below our peach trees. It's now July and our new trees have tripled in size. The leaves are georgeus and plentiful with branches shooting everywhere. We are well pleased and satisfied with this company and their product.

I don't leave many reviews. But, I have placed 3 orders with this company. All product arrived disappointing. Bare root means there is enough to plant. Mine were of a size I needed to use tweezers to plant them (of 25 ordered only 5 have survived). All shipments are late by about a month. Only contact is through an email address. They are either non-responsive or take a week to reply and then its only a partial response. They have a variety of plant status- bare root, blooming age, Mature. My blooming age plants arrived and they are nothing close to blooming age - see image after potting for a week. Product arrives in sandwich ziplock bags with illegible sharpie handwriting telling you the contents. I find this site very deceiptive. I successfully buy plants online a lot and I will not use this one again. Oh, and they remove their bad site reviews.I bought perinnials and ferns.
What a horrible business. I ordered plants that were shipped May 11th. They arrived May 30th. After 19 days in shipping, they were completely dead. The nursery website states that plants are good for 10 days in shipping. This nursery confirmed via my photo that they were dead, but refused to refund my money since I "received my shipment." Absolute nonsense. Find any other nursery to order from instead of Tennessee Wholesale Nursery.

Bought 400 dollars worth of trees that died in our harsh winter of 22-23. All trees died and when contacted they wanted me to scratch test tree bark on saplings I could not find after 12 ft of snow. Absolute thieves. Buy from a reputable company like starks whose trees live almost always but always honor the warrenty. I can foward their emails stating they will not honor their warrenty. Just bad people and company
I ordered a male & female kolomitika vine b/c they were the only place I could find that had the female in stock. 6 weeks later they arrived and the female was dead. Not wilted but totally leafless and completely dry. I checked the pot it was sent in and the "plant" had no roots. I think they stuck a dead twig of something in dirt and mailed it. I had low expectations to begin with but being knowingly sent garbage still irked me. Getting low quality is one thing, but being purposely sent a dead twig stuck in dirt is another. That's fraud.

Do NOT buy from this site, or any site associated with Tennessee Nursery (TNnursery, Garden Delights, and many other names the sell through). They do not send you what you ordered! They send plants that are not even listed on the website, and then, when contacted, insist that what they sent is correct. I even sent pictures from their website along with pictures of the plants I received (very different), along with the name of the plant as listed on their web page. Their response?- "Well, this (what they sent) is what we call (name of plant on website)", even tho it does not match their own picture!

Go to your local nursery!
I purchase 2-15 count assorted flowering perennials. In my order there were 3 different types of plants and 1 wasn't even in the flowering type( jack in the pulpit)
Customer service told me they cannot guarantee what types the order pickers put in your box(They shouldn't work at a nursery)
Your best bet go buy local and get what you order.

We went to TN Nursery earlier today to pick up our on line order. I can't say enough about the customer service we received. The team of Serenity, Triston and Rachael were super friendly and were able to overcome my error in ordering and put together my complete order in a timely manner. We couldn't be happier with TN Nursery and highly recommend them to everyone!
Answer: The buy one get one offer they ran. It was a Hugh mistake. I regret wasting my money!
