Today I received my second order. The tiger lily bulbs were in good shape with green shoots. The monarda I got arrived in one inch plugs with potting soil. All were alive but very small. I'll need to transplant them into three inch pots so they can grow a little bigger before I plant them in my flower beds.
The plants (cardinal flowers, black eyed susans & daylilies) were all bareroot, which I expected. They were a little dried out so I soaked them in zip lock bags with a little water for a couple of days. Then I planted them in small pots for a few days before I transplanted them into my flower beds. I checked this morning and all had new growth. The only thing I can say on the negative side is that don't expect to be able to plant them directly into your beds. They'll need a few days to get over being shipped.
Everything has been great. The real test is when I get the plants! I was expecting growing plants and I received dormant plants. I will aee come spring if I am happy or unhappy. If they grow I will be pleased

The company advertises sending dormant plants of daylillies. I received very small bulbs. Hope they grow!
I placed an order with Tn Nursery with the understanding that the items order would be shipped in 3 to 4 business days. I received an email from them stating the date I (should) receive the items. On the date stated on the order as to when I should receive the items. I called the company and asked when I could expect delivery, No answer so I left a message. NO RESPONSE, so called again the next day and received a call from the company telling me it could take up to 7 business days since this was their busy season. After 11 business days I cancelled the order. I was sent an email saying "if I cancelled they would take 20% out for cancelling the order. That was news to me it was nowhere to be found on the place I ordered. So be aware of the business practices of this company. I suggest to avoid them all to gether.

Placed an order online and nursery confirmed receipt of my order. I heard nothing else for several weeks, so I emailed the company and called both their phone lines leaving messages for them. I heard nothing, so I started calling daily until I got ahold of someone who said she would have to research the order and get back with me. I heard nothing in response, so called and left messages again. Now, I simply call and call, email and email, and get absolutely no response from this company.

Bought milkweed from them. None of the milkweed came up out of the ground. Contacted them and they wanted pix of the plants that did not thrive. Impossible because they did not come up. They insisted on pix. Just how do you send pix of something that did not grow? They would not fulfill their warranty to replace plants. Very dishonest. Maybe they know of a magic way to send a picture of something that did not grow!

This company does not respond to emails to customer service and they have no phone number to solve order problems. I was charged for a duplicate order and to top if off they only sent me half of what they charged me for. It has been a nightmare dealing with this irresponsible company. They just ignore attempts to solve the problem. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE
Bought a tree (american beech tree) didnt last a year contacted them and wanted them to replace the tree bought of couse they wanted me to take a knife scrap the tree to see if it was fully dead, the tree was brittle and broke in half some time during the winter, needless to say screwed at the drive through and $42 dollars out the window so much for the warranty that came with this tree!

I ordered several trees last fall. The trees were very healthy and had a vigorous root system. I prefer bareroot plants because I get a better price and the shipping is less expensive. Very pleased with TWN's plants.

I bought 48 trees and various other plants that say 4 feet tall to 1 for tall the box came 10 inches wide and 30 inches tall they are seedlings with NO dirt just wet roots it will take 5 years to become 4 feet tall this is a bate and switch quick kit outfit they st NO refunds look at other reviews its SCAM
I order these plants, thinking they were fully bloomed plants. That is what the picture showed, recieved only roots. Then those roots were not even well maintained. I had over 5 plants showed in a small cardboard boxes in ziplock bags with no soil. And most of the roots were broken, some were not even the roots just broken sticks. Waste of money!

Got my replacement plants from Tennessee Wholesale Nursery today, I was very happy with these plants they looked like real plants with very healthy roots and definitely alive not what I got to begin with. Thanks CS for the replacements
Last Fall my Wife was watching one of the home improvement shows on TV and saw "these amazing Red Twig Dogwood Shrubs." She said the leafless red branches look wonderful against the winter snow and she would love to get one some day. I decided right then to surprise her for Christmas and, after some research, purchased four plants online from Tennessee Wholesale Nursery. Their information about the shrubs was thorough and the prices were better than any other place online. Plus, living in eastern Tennessee, I was happy to support a local business. The whole experience was painless and wonderful. The bare root plants arrived on time, very well packaged, with clear instructions for planting and care. Because the bare root plants needed to go into the ground quickly, my Wife got to open one of her Christmas presents early. She was thrilled! The plants are in the ground and we can't wait until Spring when they leaf out and then bloom. We're especially looking forward to next Winter to see the striking red twigs against some snow. Purchase 2 x PawPaw saplings. They arrived as dried up twigs wrapped in newspaper. They looked like dried switches from the deep south to spank some kid named Junebug with. I contacted their support. They said the plants were "dormant" in April and to give them a couple of months.
Well, it's June. I've trimmed (they were dry and nearly snapped in half), re-potted, watered, cared, and even gave a flowering tree feed to them and these things are still breakable twigs. TN Wholesale Nursery will not refund. I honestly don't trust their products to want to reorder. I don't want to go through this buffoonery again. I just want a refund.
Update 06/17/2024: Posted the email response I received after 2 months of contacting them about these dead plants. They swear they see "dull green". They do not like being tagged on Instagram (@tnnursery). So they blocked me to prevent me from tagging them to those dead twigs they sent me.
Update 09/01/2024: Vendor said that they honor the warranty with a "scratch test". The photos are of the scratch test and they do not honor their warranty. They sent dead plants out to a lot of people who spent their money. Now they are ignoring their own policies. Avoid this vendor. They are scammers.
Every plant that I have received from TN Nursery has been vibrantly healthy and they have all arrived as scheduled and in excellent condition.
I love that I can order plants that share my geographic location with confidence they will thrive in their new home; plus it's so nice to buy quality plants at a good, fair price.

I ordered 50 bare root trees, they arrived dry and loose in cardboard box with nothing around them. They failed to break dormancy. Company refused to refund or replace.
Answer: The buy one get one offer they ran. It was a Hugh mistake. I regret wasting my money!
