Took over a month to receive my order. They advertised buy one get one and only sent one. Very disappointing after the expensive price and titan not holding up a very good job filling orders correctly.

DO NOT BUY THESE CABLES. Mine caught on fire. I have emailed them twice and NO REPLY... Here is a pic of the cable, where you can see the hole it has where it caught on fire. Lucky it didnt burn anything down

I had 2 iPhone products that were just over a year old. I would use Titan cables to charge them. After awhile both iPhone products would not charge anymore. One was under warranty and one not. It's very expensive so please use the apple certified brand! It will save you your money.

I always research items I purchase. Apparently I figured for a power cable why bother. Boy was I wrong. Everything you read in reviews about product not shipping is absolutely true. I wonder if I'll ever know if the actual product is any good... and apparently by reading other reviews I will never get refunded either. Buyer beware!

Titan claim to be the strongest charger. I have had it for 2 weeks and it already showing the colour wires behind the main rubber. The first week the fabric came off the main rubber. Terrible quality. It took forever to get here. I got better quality for less money from Amazon. I will never order anything from you again again

This company will blow up emails with trying sell you more once purchase but they do it want replace with there lifetime warranty! They are difficult to respond and then ghost me on instagram,Facebook and even my emails. I sent them photo that the chord separated at connection. They want me make. Video how do I do that with my phone at same time?

Further to my previous review, they initially sent me a faulty cable and I had to jump through hoops to get a replacement. The replacement has now failed and they are refusing to replace it. What an absolutely diabolical company they really are dont buy from them they dont even abide by their own warranty.

They screwed me out of a $134 dollar order and customer service was no help. They are a SCAM operation. You will just get a run around with customer service. Almost 3 months, multiple emails and no product. Canned responses from Titan but no follow through. Gave me two FedEx Ground tracking numbers for same order then told me to check with the Post Office! SCAM OPERATORS

I bought 2 cables and neither worked. I contacted their support team, they are useless. Appearantly they believe I am a crook trying to scam them. No resolution just a lot of hoops to jump thru. I left a one star review on their site which has been deleted. They only have 4 and 5 star reviews. Looks like I'm out $20.00 and am in possession of 2 useless cables. Below is their response to me. Am I the crook?
Since we do not offer return shipping, we usually allow for images to be sent through. However, due to recent exploits being uncovered we now require a video to be sent through showing the current date within the video or show the order confirmation on the phone screen.
This is 3rd email from them:
We are willing to send a replacement for your smart cable. However, we may need your cooperation as well. Kindly send us a video showing that your smart cable is connected to your device and see if the same error prompt appears.

Customer service is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. I placed an order on April 26th and as of today (May 14th) my order has still not shipped. I have contacted customer support numerous times to find out why my order has not shipped and I get the same response which is "We have inquired about the status of your package with our shipping team and they will soon update us in this concern". After receiving this message I have yet to get any other response from them. I have ordered from them before and like their products but after this experience I will not be ordering anything from them again.

I have bought about eight of these USB-A to lightning cables. The ads say they are supposed to be indestructible. They have "lifetime guarantee".
It turns out that they are far from indestructible and so far I have been able to get a replacement cable for the ones that got broken.
Don't get me wrong, we have not mistreated the cables in any way, we haven't even tried doing pull-ups with them like in the commercials.
It turns out that the "lifetime guarantee" only applies for the first cable that you receive. Now, that all of my eight something cables have been replaced, they still keep breaking and the lifetime that is referred to is the lifetime of the first cable.

Beware of their statement that" This will be the last cable you'll ever buy" because I have bought over a dozen of these and one by one they are all failing. Yes they get replaced but they keep failing. Now its got to the point that they wont even replace them anymore because apparently, they only replace them once... They are not as good as they say. I can accept if one or two fail out of all the ones I bought, but eventually, they have all failed... They aren't cheap cables I I would have thought they would have lasted longer than they do. Im sure they're are many other alternatives out there. Do your research.

I placed 2 orders for a total of around 100euros, I did not get a confirmation e-mail, only discount emails, I reached out to customer service and I have been told my email did not order anything, I sent them proof of my bank transfer and the emails they sent me, still waiting for a reply.

I jumped through every hoop Titan asked when the cords didn't work to include sending a video & they wouldn't honor the return & refund of a recent gift. The cords were a gift to my mom. Now with my cords, the lights have went out on all my cords and don't work after 2 years. These cords were never mangled and stayed in my bedroom, living room & car. All of them stopped working at the same time. Buy Anker brand instead. I've never had bedroom, living room nor car chargers stop working but I thought purchasing fast charging cords would be better. I should have looked for Anker fast charging cords instead of googling. Anker now has Super Fast Charging plugs & cords that are superb sold on Amazon (anker portable outlet extender & the anker 543 c-to-c usb)

I don't think this is a legit company. The website promises 2 week delivery to Australia. But I've been waiting 3 weeks and it hasn't even left China yet. In fact the shipping says nothing has been done since the order has been made. Starting to think I've been caught in a scam. Every time they email they say the same thing with no answers. Telling me to call my local post office, why would I do that if it hasn't even left the first country yet?

Almost 2 years I've been using the cable to charge my phone, it works perfectly. I bring it everywhere with me - all my previous cables were broken after less than a year, but this one is still working like a charm.

Absolutely awful, I brought 6 through the Black Friday sale, 2 were faulty on arrival. I had to send live videos of the wires not working before they'd allow me to send back for an exchange, the process was back and forth for two weeks via email. I'm still yet to receive the replacements and the customer services team now just ignore my emails.

They rave about their wires being super fast and purpose built for gaming, it's all LIES you cannot use these wires to charge while you game the bottom is too bulky it sticks out too far causing your hands to be in an uncomfortable position.

Finally to top it off their wires aren't compatible with most phone cases, therefore you have to take the phone case off to charge the bloody phone.

Absolutely avoid this product at all costs, cheap chinese products with a fancy marketing pitch, you're better off just buying from Ali Express at least you pay the cheaper price!

I went out big and got a whole bunch of things. Cables, charge block, some wireless cahrging stands.
Charging block is making loud humming noises. Doesnt seem right at all! Wireless charging stands is charging with less than 1W, while they are advertised at 15! Takes many hours to charge my Iphone13 mini.
Customer service answers, but will not give me any return. So much for the "hassle free" return policy. In my eyes the whole company is bull$#*!. Probably just rebranding Chinese $#*!.
