These are by far my favorite chargers. I had 2 of my cords stop working and I sent a message to the company and they instantly replaced the two cords and shipped them out right away for excellent customer service.

The products are super cool and have a futuristic look to them. The charger comes with a guiding light near the pin to navigate the slot easily even if you are in the dark. Many of my friends have ordered a piece for themselves after they saw my new charger from Titan Power Plus.

Works great, nice design for gaming. Fast charging is always nice. The one complaint is the bright green light at the base of the cable. It's a struggle to sleep if you roll over, you're blinded. But you can turn this over to the dimmer side. Other than that the company is great. The product took forever to ship even with fast shipping.

The customer care team at Titan Power Plus have some of the best customer care professionals I have ever encountered. They are very quick with their responses and provide you with answers that are specific to your question and not read out of a manual.

Best charger I've had, I haven't used a new one since I bought the Titan Plus. Not sure if it's meant to do this but one side the light is more dimmed for night time use - love that about it. Definitely recommend this item, I used to buy charger after charger, had this one for months now.

Placed my order with Titan for iPhone charge cables, recieved the wrong cables twice, Titan will not respond to my email or refund my money, save yourself the hassle, order from Static, way better product.

My order was placed on 4 Jan and to date (26 Jan) it has not left the factory. I queried this over 2 weeks ago and they told me it was with Australia Post and gave me a tracking number. However, the tracking number is false; Australia Post does not recognise the number and TitanPower's website still shows the product as "order ready" not "in transit". Given this experience I cannot believe the positive reviews on your site and the negative reviews all support my experience

Titan Power Plus has a variety of charging product range. The cables are one of a kind, the wireless chargers are different from any other with sensors to stop charging once the phone is fully charged, and the adapters are remarkable. Have been using their products for more than a year now and couldn't be happier.

I had an issue with one of my charging cables, I messaged Titan Power and dealt with the support team. They were very prompt at responding to my issues and arranged for a replacement cable to be sent out to me. Team was very professional and understanding.
