I went out big and got a whole bunch of things. Cables, charge block, some wireless cahrging stands.
Charging block is making loud humming noises. Doesnt seem right at all! Wireless charging stands is charging with less than 1W, while they are advertised at 15! Takes many hours to charge my Iphone13 mini.
Customer service answers, but will not give me any return. So much for the "hassle free" return policy. In my eyes the whole company is bull$#*!. Probably just rebranding Chinese $#*!.

My charger is less than a year old and it has already come apart at the connection sight and it isn't a fast charger like they promised I hate leaving bad reviews but this isn't something I can just ignore

Cheap cables not special at all and really aggressive sales tactics. They've emailed me relentlessly since I purchased a couple of very average cables which I highly doubt will last longer than average. I would suggest all the hype and you tube is bought and paid for

I purchased 4 cables and 3 of which became faulty. I emailed customer service and their excuse is that "in some 'rare' situations they send out faulty cables". They asked that I provide them with a video or photo of proof of the faulty cable. After providing them with video proof of their defective product, I waited two days to follow up just for them to ask for more proof of the cables. Absolutely ridiculous. I'm speechless now. Just do yourself a favour and spend the extra money for the real thing. At least you get a warranty. Because that's what good company's do.

Purchased wireless charger, car charger, their best wall charger with fastest speeds, and 4 cables to go with it.
The wall charger, claimed fast charge and at best can charge my phone in 6 and a half hours. They keep asking to use third party software that lies about charging speed. Can litterally watch battery go down while plugged in. Car charger is even worse.
The cables, one literally has the wire exposed for about half an inch on the type C side. One the actual covering is falling apart and two don't actually charge.
The wireless charger i haven't been able to get to charge faster than phone uses the power.
I contacted customer service immediately, told them they send me garbage, they told me the best they would do is refund 25% of my purchase price if i proved issue and again asked for the fake testing app.
Never buy from this company, they will send you trash and not back they product. You are better off walking into a random gas station and buying the cheapest thing they offer than anything from this company. I spent like 150$ USD on the order and NOTHING works as promised, and when i said just refund me they offer like 20$. Unless i want to spend more money, to ship everything to Portugal, and hope they don't send me another batch of garbage. I didn't get one piece of trash in the order, i spent over 100$ and not a single thing worked as promised.
Ontop of it takes a month for a reply from this company, to say 25% refund.

Avoid this company. I asked them BEFORE I ordered a cable, which cable would fit my phone. After they told me, I ordered it. When it came and didn't fit, I contacted them. At first they offered me a discount to buy a different one. After several emails, and my sending pictures, they finally sent me a different cable. That one didn't fit also. After over a week of back and forth emails, including me sending a requested video of the cord not fitting, they then told me the first cable fits my phone. I'm done arguing with these idiots that refuse to refund my payment. STAY away from these shysters.

I don't know why the phone I ordered this time tool so long to be delivered The service was not what I expected since the first Ime I ordered a phen they delivered it quite fast and I was satisfied. They need to check on that and I hope that it does not happen again On the other hand the shop is good and offers the good things that we all need.

Their website makes you think the product is coming from the states but it's coming from China. At least they provide tracking but it takes a very long time for anything to ship from China. I ordered two phone charger cables thinking it was only going to be a couple weeks but it's been almost a month and they haven't even left the manufacturer. I guess with such low prices and free shipping what did I expect huh? Very poor quality product.

I've had my Titan charging cable a while now and it's great. It has decided to stop working but they have sent me a new one immediately! Nice and friendly customer service who go out of their way to help. Thank you.

I mailed them regarding the issue and not long after that they got back to me
Saying that someone would get in touch with me shortly. They did so and the
Process to initiate replacement was immediately started. Since then, I have
Received my replaced item and am currently putting them to good use.

The 3+2 cables bundle is great for me. I don't have to carry a charger everywhere I go thanks to this. These cables and beautiful and durable. They don't show any signs of wear or tear even after rough use. Will highly recommend this super saver pack to everyone!
