I placed an order in July of last YEAR! I knew it may take time so I was patient, obviously, as it's been almost a full year. With me calling multiple, multiple times throughout the year and emailing and trying to find out the status, I have yet to receive my MRI center stand that I ordered almost ONE YEAR ago. I finally spoke with someone and cancelled my order. I was told I would receive my refund within 7-10 business days. We're on day 14 now and still no refund. No explanation. No emails. No returned calls. No one answers my calls when I take time out of my day to try and resolve this. At this point, I shouldn't be surprised. I will never understand how this business is actually still in business. The reviews and reputation titan carries at this point speaks volumes. It humorous to me at this point that the company will respond and comment to the very few positive reviews received but yet silent to the reviews that explain how the business truly operates. The audacity to over promise and under deliver, while taking customers hard earned money is astounding. At the utmost very least, the company could at least have the decency to explain situations to customers if unable to fulfill orders. The company also, at the very least, could provide a timely refund and try to resolve the issues rather than just having the customer "figure it out". We're not talking about a measly $7.00. We're talking about seven HUNDRED dollars. Thankfully, unlike this company - there are still great businesses out there - who treat customers like actual people. Matt himself, from MRI has answered my call each and every time I reach out to him. He has taken the time to try and fix YOUR MISTAKES at HIS expense. He actually took it upon himself to help me with my center stand instead of having to go through you all. I ordered from Matt and my stand is now arriving in less than a week and at a cheaper price. Although I have had to pay almost DOUBLE what I expected to pay for a stand, I am so thankful for Matt and MRI. I expect my refund ASAP, enough is enough. I will be contacting my bank and taking further legal actions.

I ordered a Dirty Air Rear Air Ride and an MRI Electric Kickstand from Titan Customs. I received my Air Ride but not my kickstand. I tried calling and emailing Titan for 2 weeks trying to inform them that if my kickstand was supposed to arrive with my shipment it was not included and if it wasn't I inquired as to when I could anticipate receiving it. I left 5 emails and 6 phone calls and no one ever responded. My order was paid in full and I was getting frustrated with no response. Since the shipping department could not respond to my inquiries I tried calling other departments to see if I could get through to someone that could get me someone to talk to. Every call just went to the same general voicemail box. I decided to send a polite email to every department listed on their website inquiring about my shipment in anticipation that someone in the company might get it and say what is going on? Why isn't isn't anyone following up with customers? Instead I received the very opposite They said that they were going to cancel and refund my order because I was harassing their staff and it would not be tolerated. If trying to find out status of a shipment that was paid for is harassing then they don't know the first thing about customer service. This company is a joke and so is Chris Dading that sent me the email stating that. I will say they did respond promptly when I sent an email to every department, but couldn't once respond to my other 11 contacts in the past two weeks.

So i ordered some S&S goodies for my harley build from Titan customs lucky they had wat i needed and they wanted to do business with me so i placed my order got immediate order # happy with my online purchase, i told a buddy about my find and buy he quickly said did u not read reviews b4 u paid i said im not into what others say i like to experience things for my self and he said we will see! So i left it alone the next morni g he send me links to reviews i didnt beleive it so he kinda scared me a bit so i looked my self and there was alot of bad BUT VERY OLD REVIEWS, so i reached out via email and got a response with in 10 to 15 mins letting me know wat was going on, i was speaking with Brandon. Sales manager very professional, and concerned with my needs gave me the info and it was done, just like Brandon said everything played out exactly day by day so i oreder this 2/18/22 and got it today 3/3/22 this is a legit company guys. Im very happy with my service and products and very well packed as well 10 stars keep up the good work thanks

Answer: There is no customer service there's like three people that work there but they make it sound real professional and they're all three thieves you have to hit number one to say that you're calling a place an order and she she might answer
