They are unprofessional, lacking basic human decency and understanding customer service. This is a customer service industry, not your own private business. I had possibly the worst experience ever at a tire shop. An older male with a salt-and-pepper beard and a younger male with curly hair made this establishment unbearable due to their lack of courtesy and respect. My initial contact was with the older man, who was not polite. Despite that, I tried to overlook it. I informed him that I was there for my appointment, but he seemed confused about it. Once I showed him my email from Tire Rack, I asked to see the tires I had ordered. He told me he couldn't show them to me because they were in the back. As a customer at your establishment, I simply wanted to see the tires that were going to be installed. He then proceeded to inform me that it would take 4 to 6 hours to change the tires. If that's the case, why set up an appointment at all? I ended up waiting all day. When I returned to pick up my car, the young man with curly hair acted tough and seemed annoyed that I was trying to pay and get my car out. It wasn't my fault that I arrived at 5:50 PM when you called me at 5:30 PM to pick up the vehicle. You rushed me to pick up the car, yet you were slow with the service. It just doesn't make sense. The older man expressed frustration with third-party vendors sending tires to the shop, saying, "It's not my problem you brought those tires from Tire Rack; if you had purchased them here directly, it would have been faster." But what can the customer do when they need their car serviced urgently. Yelp, Tire Rack, and Pepboy Boys would also know about this experience.

False advertising, false advertising, shop did not install my tires
TireRack is super easy to use and their is so much information at your finger tips if you want to research before you buy and if you have any questions they are available to help get you answers.
I searched for information about minimum tread depth to determine remaining life of existing tires. I did not find that on the site.
