The process was very easy and self explanatory to order and i liked that it gae a wheel and tire package. I would like for it to not add tires that i am only looking at to my cart but i could have very well selected them into the cart but besides that it was good.

It was a huge advantage to be able to pick new tires up at the warehouse and bring them for free installation at DT.

The experience has been nice with the no haggling no gimmicks we know the price of front and it shipped to the store for free. This is my second time making a purchase with tire rack and my purchase today was due to a warranty issue. I'm working through the warranty process even though the tires are two weeks old and one is unrepairable. Great customer service so far
