Ordered tires and chose a tire rack recommended installation place (JuffyLube). Upon arrival at jiffylube I was informed that they were unable to install my new tires because they didn't have any certified Present that day. Also, they told me that something needed to be calibrated on their equipment. So, I had to haul the tires myself (female) to a tire shop down the road for installation. Super inconvenient.
I ordered on a Sunday and received them in Tuesday afternoon and were on my car Tuesday night. The only issue I have is that my car isn't recognizing the tire pressure. I'm not sure if I have to take to tire center to have issue fixed? Not sure if I had to order something extra? Other than that little issue the tires were exactly what I wanted and will order from here again for sure.

I have been ordering from tire rack for years. I inadvertently made a rookie mistake and purchased the wrong size studded snow tire for my new vehicle. Tire rack issued a full refund and sent UPS to pick them up. UPS had a prepaid label so it was hassle free. Bonus: they shipped out the correct tires for me and they arrived within 48 hours.
