I have used tire rack now 6 times to buy tires for 4 different vehicles, and will continue to use them.
I am just blown away like south Louisiana after a good hurricane. Shipping was so fast and even brought a cold front with these tires. 10/10 would buy again

I like tire rack a lot. I have ordered 3 different times and been pleased with their quick shipping. However, all 3 times, the installer tried or succeeded in charging more than the amount they state in the "price guarantee". No, these aren't disposal fees or a similar charge; the installers are over charging on the mounting and balancing piece.

Arrived a day later than expected, probably the fault of fedex though
Ordered rims through Tirerack with free delivery to my local Firestone. Note that I had previously visited the same location to diagnose a tire issue, and they found that the rim was cracked at the weld. I ordered the rims off Tirerack, called the store to alert them that these were my rims and I had the wheels that the tires would transferred from. They said that was fine. When we went to drop off our wheels, the associate, whom we had not met before that day, was incredibly rude and refused to transfer our tires. These were wheels off our camper so therefore they had very few miles and very little treadwear, but were older tires (2013). The rims were horrid looking, the tires in perfect condition. We ended up taking the time and tires to my regular tire place, they had no issue transferring them, plus they were less expensive.

Excellent service pickup was fast and easy. If you are close to a Tire Rack distribution warehouse this is THE BEST OPTION to save some money - go pick them up yourself!

Received my wheel set balanced and ready to install. Very convenient.
I placed an order for 4 tires on a Sunday. The next day I realized that I sent them to the wrong location and called to see if they can reroute my order. I was told that she will try and if successful i will receive an email within an hour of the change of destination. A few minutes later I receive a confirmation email of shipping to the wrong address. After a few days of speaking with the destination not receiving them and inconsistent answers from your company, I called the wanted destination to find out that they received the tires and I was never informed by either party, in fact, your company still had the wrong destination address in the shipping info.
When I was at the destination scheduling the install, I needed to call your company again as the install destination did not have the quoted install price scheduled and ready and needed to have everything corrected before agreeing to the install.
This was not a pleasant experience.
Decided to buy snow tires for a mini cooper i had originally intended to use only for the summer. A quick search lead to a set of michelins priced very low.
2 days later, they are sitting in my garage. Now i just have to bring them along with rims to an installer.
I purchased Goodyear tires and wheels had them shipped to Firestone when I pick them up and got home I noticed one of the wheels had gashes on it I called Tire Rack to let them know they told me they Could not do anything about it because they do not know if it got damaged during shipping or from the installation. Very unhappy I will not buy from them again all they offered to do was give me a discount I will not be buying from them again ever
