I was having a hard time finding tires locally for my Tesla model three. They had them in stock entire rack and were shipped to a local tire store in 2 days. I had them installed and ended up saving about $300 off of the best price I could find anywhere else.

Tires (4) were confirmed delivered on 16 Dec 2020 (Wednesday). Because of snowfall on the same day, no one at the delivery/installation location called me to set up installation (weather issue?; no answering machine kicked in?). I called the next day and no answer. I called again today (twice) finally reached someone to schedule an appointment for Saturday afternoon. Is it standard policy for Tires Plus to immediately contact customer. I was contacted by first installer on Tuesday that they could not honor obligation due to COVID-19. I then contacted TireRack. Com to change delivery destination/installer. I put most of the blame on weather issues and COVID-19 for shutting down primary Tires Plus. This did cause anxiety on my part since my current tires are going tread-bare.

Don't care about the box but at least tape it a bit more to patch up the holes in the box. Would give it a solid 5 star but the flimsy box that came in made it a 4 star.
