I have purchased from Tire Rack before, and like that time, this experience was great. The winter tire/wheel package came in at a good price and they arrived in two days, amazing.

Searching through the offerings, and their ratings, on line, and without in-store sales associates over my shoulder, made coming to a buying decision very easy. Delivering my order to my local mechanic the next day was an added plus. I won't be able to have him install the tires until the 23rd, so I cannot review the tires at this time, but I expect this to be favorable.

Tires arrived two days later. There is a pandemic and it is the holiday season. Just stating the facts.

The installers charged a bit more than the Tire Rack claimed pricing. So that was disappointing. It was already hard enough to make an appointment with them, I didn't want to cause further issues with bringing up the pricing.
