Replacement tire received quickly and without any problems

The online portal gives you all of the tire information, search filters, reviews, and compare details that make it easy to pick the right tire for you based on your specific needs. They also make it easy to order and ship to the destination of choice, including a car dealership that is out of their own network of service providers. And the tires were good quality. Will continue to use them in the future.

Nothing short of amazing. I can't get my Christmas gifts shipped in for the Holidays. However, I was able to get my tires in 48 hours in the middle of a blizzard!

Ordered tires on Tuesday, they were delivered to installer on Thursday and were on my vehicle on Friday. Tire rack gets five stars; The installer, not so much.

Tire arrived 24hrs after the order despite a snowstorm coming through with 2-4 feet of snow. Had a great experience with the third party installer on the back end installing the tire and balancing wheels on our vehicle.

I don't know if this is the typical case, or if I just had great timing placing the order, but they got my tires mounted and balanced on my new wheels and sent to my house in 18 hours! This was in the middle of a snow storm too, so demand must have been crazy. The quality of the wheels and tires are as expected (excellent of course), and the whole setup fit my car perfectly. These guys know what they are doing!

Simple ordering process, easy to arrange drop shipment, installation with a local shop as part of the order process. Tires as advertised, very good performance at a great price.
