I ordered an Autel TS201 TPMS reset tool from Tire Rack for 2 of my cars. Since it is a tool and not going on the vehicle, I didn't specify a vehicle on my order. An hour or so after I placed the order, I received a call from a Tire Rack rep asking for the make and model of my cars so they could be sure it would work correctly before they shipped it out. One of my cars is an unusual model (Chevy SS from Australia) and he had to check with someone else to be certain. A short time later, another call to me telling me it will work and it will be shipped that same day and arrive the following day, Just as promised, it arrived the following day! That is what I call great service. I have used Tire Rack before and certainly will again.
Replacement tire received quickly and without any problems
The online portal gives you all of the tire information, search filters, reviews, and compare details that make it easy to pick the right tire for you based on your specific needs. They also make it easy to order and ship to the destination of choice, including a car dealership that is out of their own network of service providers. And the tires were good quality. Will continue to use them in the future.

Ordered tires on Tuesday, they were delivered to installer on Thursday and were on my vehicle on Friday. Tire rack gets five stars; The installer, not so much.
Tire arrived 24hrs after the order despite a snowstorm coming through with 2-4 feet of snow. Had a great experience with the third party installer on the back end installing the tire and balancing wheels on our vehicle.
