I had to go back after first trip because they were out of balancing weights. This morning i was there at 8:30am and they wanted me to come back at 10:30am. I was told it was first come first served. There was no car in tire change bay. After waiting 1 hr 45 min i got car on freeway to only have it vibrate. I will not be going back.
This is my fourth or fifth purchase from TireRack.com. Every purchase has had great pricing, free shipping, and the best customer service. One time I ordered the wrong tires and they were willing to pay for shipping the wrong tires back and shipping the correct tires to me. I couldn't be happier with their customer service.

Person who mounted the tires from Tire Rack did a pretty bad job. One of the tires came completely flat and another one started losing air while driving. I went to get them fixed and they said the TPMS were installed incorrectly.
Selecting the right tires for me out of all of the choices available isn't easy. This was my first ever snow tire purchase for both vehicles and Tire Rack made it easy by not only suggesting packages, but also providing reviews of each (testing and customer). They showed up at my door within a couple of days! Always a great experience.
I ordered my wheels on the 17th and got them shipped to my door on the 19th. I don't know how, but they ship faster then amazon prime. I was not expecting the wheels so soon. Really impressed with the shipping and customer service. I was notified of the entire process during the order and shipping.
