Fast shipping, easy to order. Easy to find the tires I needed.
Ordered on MLK day with a call in to modify the tire size. Tire arrived the next day even though it said it would arrive the following day. This was great except tires were left on front porch where anyone could have came by and carried them away these days. Luckily I arrived home earlier than normal and put them away in the garage.
Easy. Placed the order at noon and the next day I had tires, the correct tires.
I purchased 4 tires from tire rack and scheduled installation at Firestone 4161 Convoy St, San Diego, CA *******.
I originally scheduled for a 4pm Friday service appointment. Firestone called me the day of the appointment to short notice reschedule the appointment to the Sunday of that week.
Firestone employees were unaware if the tires were delivered, or where the tires were at the start of the appointment. Installation took over 2 hours long, and at completion they only installed 2 of the four tires and were willing to let me drive off the lot.
I told them I had ordered 4 tires, then they took an additional hour to finish installing the two final tires.
Tire rack provides competitive prices and makes it easy to purchase tires and find installers. However, the poor service rendered today makes me believe that Tirerack and Firestone are not communicating well enough for the satisfaction of the customer.
Needed the winter tires; ordered them on a Monday at 5:30PM; were delivered to my dealer on Wednesday -- Unbelievable, especially during the current circumstances.
Formidable execution --
I was hesitant to use tire rack at first but my wheels were delivered to my dealership the next day as stated at the price shown. No bs costs. Just paid for dealership to mount the tires. Will try again.

The wrong tire was originally sent. After 3 phone calls later they finally sent the correct tire overnight delivery.
