Easy to Order, Got a call to make sure I knew the tires were oversized which is what I wanted, great that they reached out to check. Price was the best I could find for 5 tires and 5 wheels, they were $300+ lower than the next best price at a website I didn't know. Two days later the tires arrived as I was told they would. All over they seem like a A+ operation, I would deffently buy from them again.

I was warned my tire shipment could be separate, but to have them shipped same day, delivered 2 on Friday, then a delay by UPS on 2 tires delivered on Monday was the star loser. Tire rack, I know you don't control UPS, but you could require sets of 4 to be shipped together, it is in your control, I think its cost related to ship all 4 together as one. Maybe give the user an option to pay extra to make sure they are shipped together. They showed up just in time for my appointment. Thank you.
