Had an unexpected failure, so had to replace only 1 tire. Needed the exact match and no stores had them in-stock. Tire Rack had it in-stock and overnight shipping. Easy no-brainer choice. Have used Tire Rack in the past with great, fast results. Tire Rack is my go-to for wheels and tires.

So I will definitely be buying from tire rack again yet I will not choose to have them installed at ANY Pep boys location. When I first selected this location, it shows installation fees etc. Which are different prices for each location, so I chose the tire rack certified Pep boys on Sepulveda since they had the lowest installation cost, $66. However, when I arrived, the cost Baca me $70 somehow. I inquired about this, and even referenced my original order screenshot showing it would be $66. They said "yeah well it changes sometimes", and they said it costs what it costs. I'm able to afford it of course, but I think this is straight up deceptive marketing. Since they are a certified installer, doesn't that mean the price on the website, showing total price, will ac2be the price? Or will Pep boys continue to overcharge tire rack customers until something is done?

I ordered these shocks from tire rack because they seemed to have a good deal on them and I've had positive experiences with them before about 5 years ago when I bought my vehicle and needed 5 new tires and a rim. Everything cameo in time, packaged securely and arrived intact. Very happy with this purchase as well.

I ordered these on the second of Sept. And got the 2 rears the next day! Holiday weekend except for delivery drivers! The fronts showed up on Labor day and I took them into the dealer to mount on Tuesday morning after dropping my son off at school. The service manager was blown away at how fast they got here, as I had called him Friday the 2nd to tell him I was ordering from Tire Rack. They had the car 2016 Cadillac CTS-V, waiting on a transmission cooler hose so I gave them one more thing to do in the meantime.
Great all around say's it all! I could'nt be more pleased.
