Tire Rack is where I always go to when buying tires. They offer an exceptional value for tires, and despite the low prices I know that I'm getting a tire that I can rely on, whereas for similar prices competitors are probably testing how much sawdust they can put in the compound before people start to notice.
Tire Rack also has excellent customer service, making it easy for me to have a tire replaced when one of my Sumitomo's were damaged due to poor road conditions (using their free 2 year road hazard warranty), and even reaching out to me to confirm an order when they thought that I might have purchased an incorrect tire size by mistake. All around it feels like Tire Rack is doing everything they can to help me and make sure I have a great experience.

I had originally gone to another tire dealership, come to find out the tire company never ordered the tire I needed. I was able to find it on Tire Rack, same price and had it within 2 days, when other company said 2 weeks. The tire was delivered to the nearest NTB and they installed it the day after the tire arrived. Seamless, was great.
