I ordered tires from tire rack unfortunately I had to have them returned and refunded. If you ever have to go through the refund process God have mercy on your soul. After nearly a month I still haven't gotten my refund and employees and management seem not to care about how horrible the process has been. I would never order with them and I encourage you all to find somewhere else. FYI they make you put a star rating if I had the option it'd be negative zero.

Very easy to order and good technical help in picking the right snow tires.
Easy ordering process and love they suggested a place to install and delivered promptly to that address. I had called three tire stores to replace my tire and no one had one in stock and could not get one for a week. Tire Rack saved the day! Wish I had thought of them immediately as wasted time, but will sure think of them first from now on.
Shopped around for a lower price and found one a few dollars cheaper, but the hassle of their ordering and delivery was not worth the trouble. Back to Tire Rack because I know I can depend on you. Easy and hassle-free.
