Even if I am just looking or may consider purchasing somewhere else, the free research and reviews are immensely useful. The TireRack reviews are consistent and allow easy apples to apples comparisons when assessing options. Will buy again... and again... and again.

I like ordering from Tirerack as they always get the tires I need at least one day ahead of schedule and that is often important for me as I own 9 vehicles and one of them always needs at least one tire.

I asked to have the same date code sent many times over. The sales person said they do not have any control over what the warehouse shipped out. If I'm buying a set of four tires, I would like them all to be the same date code. I ordered a set a tires and had three different date codes. The warehouse needs to pay attention to what they're sending out to the customers. It might not matter to some people, but it will matter to a lot of people. And I am one of those people.

I'm very glad you sell "old" tires like you do, you had exactly what I needed at a fantastic price. But I was only able to find that option through a third-party search engine, not through the tirerack website.

I appreciate the competitive prices along with the visualizer to see what new wheels will look like on my car. Combine this with an interface that tells the purchaser what will and won't fit along with warning notes to required modifications (if required) and this is a no brainer.

Spent a lot of time investigating tires for my VW Golf. Driving in Michigan so I was looking for something that could handle all kinds of weather conditions. Tire Rack had a good range of tires and the tire tests were really useful in making my choice. The tires arrived at the installer (Discount Tire) within a couple of days. So far so good, feel very sound on Michigan's dodgy roads.

Good prices, fast shipping/pickup, but not having the ability to place the order online and leave a name for someone else to pickup your order is unfair to the customer.

I have ordered tires, from tirerack, for all of my vehicles, for the last 10 years. The price is always lowest. Easy to find what I want without being hounded by a sales associate trying to push an agenda.
