Tire Rack

I selected wheel for my vehicle by entering my vehicle. When I received the wheels they did not fit my car and caused rubbing on the fenders. I am returning the 4 wheels, but you told me I might not get a refund on the wheel that was bolted to the car. I don't agree with this as I purchased wheels that your site said will fit. The shop test fitted the wheel because I was told by tire rack that they will fit. They did not fit. I am only getting refund on 3 out of 4 wheels because there was a mistake on your site? Does not sound fair to me.

Ordered rims tires and TPMS last fall, for the same car. TPMS did not automatically synchronize as advertised. Customer service rep advised me, how to reset / shock/ by deflating and reinflating which did not work either. E mail after that was never replied to. The TPMS doesn't work as advertised, so I could have had regular valve stems installed and saved the cost.

I was not only flabbergasted by the bountiful selection offered by Tire Rack, but I was bewildered by the punctuality in which these high tech rubbery components were delivered to my front portico. My lead concubine was delighted when she discovered the financial depth in which I saved by choosing Tire Rack and she rewarded me time and time again that evening. If ever I find myself in need of fortifying my wheels with tire replacements, I will most certainly leverage the expertise and spirituality displayed here at Tire Rack.

We bought four Goodyear assurance, weather ready tires for our Ford fusion at a discounted price and received them within a couple days. We brought them to a participating tire installer and these are the best tires we've ever had on the car! I just bought another set of tires for our Ford fiesta from Tire Rack as the first buying experience was very satisfying. A+ company!

I've bought six or seven sets of tires from Tire Rack over the years. As a former auto service tech, I install them myself, but the tires are shipped to my house fast, and are fresh, good quality, and have lots of reviews to help me choose. Why should I get them from anywhere else?

Used the Pirelli P7 All-Season run-flats on my 2023 BMW X3 last time and drove over 27,000 in less than a year and need new tires again. Buying the same tires from the same company! Thanks, Tire Rack!

Website is easy to navigate. The shipping was the only complaint. First it was delayed due to some mechanical problem and then it was delayed for another reason. One day I received two tires and the next day I received the other two.

It took something like 3 months the one time I filed a claim for a road hazard warranty and I could only claim 3 of the 4 damaged tires. Whatever you do, don't let the tires out of your possession until you have been reimbursed NO MATTER what the claims rep instructs you to do. They will change the rules on you as soon as they get the upper hand.

Every experience w/Tire Rack has been excellent, whether it be by internet or by associates on the phone. Accurate information, great advice, and quick service/delivery. Why would I shop for tires, anywhere else?

I just want to be able to do a straightforward wheel or tire search without a vehicle involved or other constraints. Once I entered a vehicle it was hard to get out of that loop of program tying tires and wheels to that vehicle and continually being told that what I wanted wouldn't work.

Just ordered my 4th set of tires from Tire Rack. All previous orders have been delivered quickly and the best prices by far. As long as my local shops can afford to stay in business I'll order from tire rack and pay them to mount and balance my wheels/tires.

We have ordered our tires many times from Tire Rack. Always quick service. Had an experience with getting a nail in a tire I had purchased 3days prior and, as promised, there was a warranty and tire was replaced and refund was given.

Do your installer homework— I had a terrible experience with a local installer (Mr. Tire, in Ithaca, and Tire Rack didn't seem to take much heed when I told them of my very unpleasant experience. Otherwise, in all my years of ordering from Tire Rack, I've generally been quite pleased.

Super simple - order tires, ship to installer- make appointment- boom- new tires installed. Love it. Just make sure you ask if they were shipped inflated or not. Mine were not and it took extra time to blow them up. Next time I will have them do it before I arrive.

My experiences have been great. I've had employees call me to confirm a size because the system said the tires may not fit. And the tires always come in excellent condition, no issues and are received in a very timely manner!

This is approximately my fifth set of tires buying through tire rack. After the very first order it was a no-brainer, we will always buy our tires through tire rack. The
convenience the roadside's warranty.

Very happy with the sale and delivery. That being said, one of my 4 tires was unable to be balanced without adding alot of weights. The installers spun the tire on the rim 180° and it still wouldn't balanced properly. They checked the rim without the tire and it was fine. I called customer service and I'm waiting to hear if they're are sending out a replacement. Customer service was very pleasant to deal with.
