Tire Rack

No problems so far.
Hit a curb last week. Tire stayed inflated but there was a chunk of sidewall gone. Car only has 15k miles so I wanted to replace the tire with an OEM matching one.
Ordering was simple, scheduling the tire install was easy at the same time as tire purchase. Pep Boys tire install experience was fine.
Toyo Open Country OEM tires on 2022 Rav4 have been good - overall probably better than expected for first 15k miles.

Top-notch purchase experience. Lots of data to look at from other buyers. Website makes it easy to research data and choose the best tire for your particular vehicle, driving style, and needs. Prices are very competitive. Technical help available if you need it by phone or online. My 6th set of tires for various vehicles that I've purchased through the tire rack website. Can buy with confidence.

The mileage warranty process is a severe pain to deal with. Tire Rack is almost of no help and expects you to drive the tires until they're unsafe before they'll think about covering them under the manufacturer warranty. Even then, they won't give you a guaranteed credit until they inspect the tires and you'll be expected to pay to ship the tires back. This is in addition to the obvious costs of a new purchase, sales tax, and mounting, balancing costs. Don't advertise the mileage warranty from the manufacturer if you don't plan to honor it.

You only had two of the tires that I wanted in stock. I ordered the two and scheduled an appointment based on the delivery date given. Tires arrived in separate delivery 3 days late causing me to reschedule installation. Now, I'm ordering 2 more because they're in stock. Hopefully they arrive in time and I can get them put on. Not the best first experience with tire rack.

I love the fact that I can see the wheels on my car and in my color. Tire Rack is truly a one stop shop for wheels and tires. These are my 3rd set of wheels, and I have bought 5 sets of tires already. Easy with no hassle.

I had order the wrong size tire call customer service to see how to return them it took about 5 min,the rep told to put the tires on my front porch and UPS pick them the next day with the return shipping label

It would be awesome if you could add a countdown. It's awesome that you tell us when a shipment will arrive, however, if you put an if ordered by and provided how many weeks days, hours, or minutes were remaining for that delivery date to be met would be even better!

I've probably bought 100 tires yet my logon is never recognized. Discount tire is also probably the best shop in my area. Owned by tire rack but doesn't show up as installer. I tried to get a receipt one time and gave up after 4 attempts. Time to update your software

Whether through Tire Rack or now Discount Tire. It is always seamless and efficient. The addition of Discount Tire to the family just makes it easier. I have been using Tire Rack for at least 20 years and Discount tire for about 7. The knowledge of the Tire Rack team is the best in the industry in my experience

I've never had an issue with tires and wheels that I've ordered from here. This will always be my first option when choosing new tires!

Tires usually come grouped in twos strapped in white plastic banding.

Easy to find the tires I was looking for, and I appreciate the recommended installer - I don't have to look up an address for the tires to ship to or have them arrive at my house and then carry them up to the installer. Makes it easy.

I selected wheel for my vehicle by entering my vehicle. When I received the wheels they did not fit my car and caused rubbing on the fenders. I am returning the 4 wheels, but you told me I might not get a refund on the wheel that was bolted to the car. I don't agree with this as I purchased wheels that your site said will fit. The shop test fitted the wheel because I was told by tire rack that they will fit. They did not fit. I am only getting refund on 3 out of 4 wheels because there was a mistake on your site? Does not sound fair to me.

Ordered rims tires and TPMS last fall, for the same car. TPMS did not automatically synchronize as advertised. Customer service rep advised me, how to reset / shock/ by deflating and reinflating which did not work either. E mail after that was never replied to. The TPMS doesn't work as advertised, so I could have had regular valve stems installed and saved the cost.

I was not only flabbergasted by the bountiful selection offered by Tire Rack, but I was bewildered by the punctuality in which these high tech rubbery components were delivered to my front portico. My lead concubine was delighted when she discovered the financial depth in which I saved by choosing Tire Rack and she rewarded me time and time again that evening. If ever I find myself in need of fortifying my wheels with tire replacements, I will most certainly leverage the expertise and spirituality displayed here at Tire Rack.
