I was very skeptical the first time I placed an order, but the wide selection of tires in stock, the fast and seamless shipping to an installer has me impressed and has made me a repeat customer. This is now my 3rd order.

A customer service representative contacted me to let me know that the wheels I ordered would take 3-5 weeks to arrive. That wouldn't work for me, so he cancelled the order right away, saving me the frustration of expecting a delivery that would not arrive. I then ordered a different set and am back on schedule. We've been purchasing from TR since probably the early 90's. All of our purchases have been spot on, whether for our Dodge 2500 van, our PT Cruiser, our Ford F 150, or a Porsche. Even the studded snows were great. We often order for friends and family, and we've never had an y issues. Delivery is always lightning quick, customer service has always been extremely helpful. The appointment scheduling with Discount Tire through Tire Rack was easy, but it would be useful to show other services available for things like rotations and alignments to add on. Not all locations can provide alignments, but some can.

Liked the view of rims online so I can see how it would look in real life. And it came to fruition to having my car look brand new at the time and more sporty, now with my new car, keeping it in stock form but having new tires for cheap make sense not to hurt the Cole modding with new rims this time

I've been a happy Tire Rack customer for decades. Every now and then I look at other stores, but I end up coming back here because they have the best prices and selection. Even my mechanic (I found an honest, trustworthy one near my house. Seriously!) recommends buying tires from Tire Rack.

It was alittle tricky to find the tire and wheel package, this will take you to shop for wheels first and then tires, once you figure it out it's a piece a cake. Everyone was very nice and ver communicative, shipping was fast and FREE.

This order is for a vehicle being restored and modified. The website is very insistent that a car make & model be entered. Then it is impossible to shop by wheel or tire size if it does not match that vehicle. I was looking for a tire and wheel package in a 215/55R17 size.

I wanted to Pair this tire order with new wire wheels, but found the process too frustrating. Your loss. Also I wanted to review tube -v- Tubless solutions, and could find no clear path to review. The most important thing is, you have the tire Brand and Size) I need. Thank you.

Despite installation at America's Tire, they wouldn't honor the 2 year warranty from Tire Rack which is supposedly "one family", it's been 4 years since the acquisition, this should be transparent for the customer, I shouldn't have to create yet another user account on a 3rd website just to file a claim to get it handled by the same 2 family companies... pretty ridiculous.

Usually I use the really really REALLY good sales phone folks. This time I wanted to try the website. It worked flawlessly. I'll continue to use your phone staff in the future because I always learn something from them.

I came to Tire Rack because I wanted a particular tire that the local stores didn't carry and didn't want to order for me. The process to assure correct fit and easy delivery has kept me coming back. This is my 3rd time ordering through Tire Rack.

6th time overall using tire rack. Recommended them to my fiance, and she ordered also. Can't beat em. Guides help determine the best option, in Florida, need tires that can handle the rain, and pavement heat. Just need a loyalty reward system, I'd be at a free set or near that by now.

I have ordered tires from Tire Rack for years with extreme satisfaction. I have had tires delivered to my address, a tire shop, and I have even picked them up from their warehouse outside of Savannah, Georgia. All have been outsanding experiences.

No problems so far.
Hit a curb last week. Tire stayed inflated but there was a chunk of sidewall gone. Car only has 15k miles so I wanted to replace the tire with an OEM matching one.
Ordering was simple, scheduling the tire install was easy at the same time as tire purchase. Pep Boys tire install experience was fine.
Toyo Open Country OEM tires on 2022 Rav4 have been good - overall probably better than expected for first 15k miles.
