Ordered 4 wheels and tires for winter driving and scheduled an appointment and had them installed at the recommended store all from 1 website. Just recently hit a pothole and with the free roadhazard from tirerack it's getting installed all through the website again and they will reimburse me.
Order tires to match my stocks, I only needed 2 and they are totally different than what was pictured and what I thought I was purchasing. So I had to come back and ordered 2 more so they would all match.

Finding tires for my car was easy. There was a wide selection of tires to chose from. Delivery was quick. A local repair shop did a great job of mounting the tires. Overall, it was a quick and easy process.
I can save my car profile info for easy access. I can see reviews from others. I can do comparisons to tires - all make for easy shopping... I can then ship to my home address or to my mechanic (even if not listed here)
Lots of choices, but a good comparison chart to narrow my selection based on the criteria important to me (i.e. I don't care about snow traction since I have snow tires too so I look at wet/dry traction)

I like to research for the very best tires for my cars. Tire rack always has the tires that I want at the best price. Shipping to the recommended installer in my area with a guaranteed installation price has always worked flawlessly. That's why I always buy my tires from tire rack.
This was the best tire purchase. Was able to select the best tire for my truck. I never purchased tires like this, you get to pick which product is best for you. Other tire companies did not offer a selection.

The only feedback I have is that you have the wrong size tires for the car that I entered. I have a 2018 Tucson and it says I take a 17 that's the order that I placed and they were incorrect. I needed a 19 inch you were very nice in returning them and I did re-order the correct size
I arrived at the TireRack warehouse, called the # to inform the fine folks inside that I was there to pick up my order, waited about 5 minutes, made contact with the guy who brought the tires out, and I was on my way! Quick, easy, friendly. Recommend 10/10 dealing with these folks.

Following the placement of my order, JR called me to confirm the order because it appeared incorrect. He was right, it was an incorrect size. He confirmed the correct size and confirmed the order. It shipped on time and was delivered as promised despite my error.
You need to find installers that charge reasonable price if you are attempting to urge your customers to choose the provided option. Tirerack part wanted to charge $180USD to install four tires, when my corner mechanic charges $20 per tire.
I had a vehicle stored in their data base, but ordered different tires than speced. Within an hour I get a call to make sure that the tires I ordered were the correct size, since it did not match the car I had on file. Now that is looking out for your customer.
Ordered All Season tires for a trip to the mountains (we ordered late) - tires were available at a reasonable price and was delivered to the installer despite the NorEaster. The service that Tire Rack delivers is second to none.
