Tire Rack

I was able to easily find tires for my vehicle. I was provided plenty of options to choose from. I was able to compare a variety of tires to see where the best value and performance would be. I'll be using Tire Rack for my future purchases and will recommend to friends family.

I had an issue with 1 Pirelli tire getting a bubble. The warranty process was a nightmare and took weeks to get done. They couldn't get the file to open on their end and continued to deny the forms I sent with zero explanation until I finally emailed and called about it.

Have ordered tire sets for 6 vehicles over the years and just placed order for winter tires mounted on rims for our latest vehicle. This option for obtaining good tires at very good prices and NOT be limited to what local dealer has in stock has always worked out for us. We've have ordered from TR and from DT, each, in the past, and have now ordered twice from the combined entity and have noted no difference in service and only some difference it which tire brands are offered. We have typically obtained winter Nokians and now TR has only summer season available. My only ding

I love how you can do all the research you want to do without having to hassle with a tire salesman who knows a lot less than you do. And actually get the tires you wanted instead of what the salesman wants you to buy!.

I've used Tirerack for years on the personal and wholesale side and CS have always been responsive and easy to work with. Good shipping times, reasonable prices, and access to a lot of products that may otherwise be sold out elsewhere - like in that particular order.

Your website kept channeling me to previous installers when I selected independent installers and Maryland locations even when I put in PA zip code of installer I wanted. PS Your pop up has a dead phone number *******919. Very frustrating.

I've purchased several sets of tires from Tire Rack. It's always easy to find what I need, place an order, and take delivery. They have the best prices, too. I wouldn't bother going anywhere else for tires.

Every time I want to learn about a new tire Tirerack is always my go to source for information. Not only is the customer base enormous, but they almost test and review every tire. Even if you don't buy, they are a great source of information.

They shipped to the tire store for me last time and helped me make an appointment and everything was in the box and they were waiting for me and they gave me the price that Tire Rack had estimated for installation! I'm very happy with this company.

Last set of snow tires and wheels I got had only 2 sensors responding. Tirerack was great at shipping out 2 new sensors to me when I gave a review, but I'm not going to pay to take the tire off and install the new sensors. Hoping this time works without any hitch.

Not good. I bought 3 trailer tires and 1 of the tires had a defective sidewall from a private installer. Tire Rack would NOT warranty the tire and blamed the sidewall defect on the installer. So I was forced to buy another tire. That was a BAD experience.

This is my 3rd set. And boy am i glad i got them with tire rack. Hit a racoon this morning poor fella was already hit but it managed to blow out the side of my tire. Luckily i just bought this tire 2 months ago so it's being replaced. Yes i have to buy the new tire but they will reimburse me

The first place I sent my wheels to refused to install them, claiming that since my rims were on the fancier side, they didn't have the equipment needed that wouldn't potentially scuff them. Called TireRack and they quickly transferred the wheels to a place that would and they happily installed them. Just be sure to call ahead and make sure they offer what you're looking for, but customer service was very timely and helpful.

Very convenient and fast service. Love the available heat cycling. Great selection, and reps are knowledgable and you can actually get them on the phone. Very responsive. Website is easy to navigate and full of great tire info.

I'm the father of daughters- they don't check tires unless the TPMS tells them something is wrong. I use TireRack as a sanity check for comparing tire brands and performance- I am a listener- not a follower.
My kids just want to buy tires conveniently- like from tire warehouses that offer free services that they won't likely ever use.
I haven't used TireRack's road hazard coverage yet hope that it proves itself!
I'm retired so don't get bothered by taking delivery at home or an installer. I have the time to set up installation on my schedule- my kids don't want to touch
Or have to pick up a tire - it has to be quick and scheduled.
