For a large and odd size shipment, the tires arrive very fast! Great customer support to answer any questions I have. I exclusively order from Tire Rack for all my vehicles. This is a real review from a real person lol I know when I read reviews sometimes it seems like I'm reading bot text, but I genuinely like this company. I'm sure I could find tires cheaper if I comb the internet, but nothing beats great customer service and fast shipping!

On checkout the site tries to direct your order to an installer and doesn't offer an option to send it to a different address. There should be an option presented at the same time offering shipping to an installer or address you choose.

Easy to search and purchase the right tire at a good price., I just wish they would price match since the cost of the tire went up since the last time, I purchased the same tires just a few months apart.

The wheel appears to be double boxed and packaged very well. I am impressed. I have not opened the wheel yet as I'm taking it to my friends shop when I can to get the wheel and tire mounted and balanced.

Shipping is always prompt, the information and reviews on the website are super informative, and when I have needed customer support, they have always been helpful. I have been a customer for years, and expect to continue that relationship.

Multiple different tire options, plenty of positive feedback on a variety of vehicles, and the ability to pick up the tire at the local warehouse is very convenient. The tires I ordered unfortunately we're not available for local pick up but they will be shipped to my house in a few days. The previous tires I purchased got shipped right to the dealership that installed the tires which is also convenient seeing as to how I didn't have to load four tires into my Camaro.

Quickly was able to find the previous tire, get pre-approval for replacement tire and order new tires. I only wish the warranty would have covered the increase in the tire price to make it a more worthwhile.

I have purchased from Tire Rack on multiple occasions now and my experience has been nothing but excellent. Each purchase was effortless and I really enjoy the installer options. My tires are always delivered in time and having them installed is a breeze.

I own a 2023 Tesla X Plaid with dealer 22" wheels and tires. Have had continued problems with side wall blow outs and early wear on tires. Tire Rack suggested a 20" look alike wheel and Tires. Delivered to my mechanic in 24 hours mounted and balanced adding all necessary parts. I have a quiter ride, feels stable and at least 10% more driving distance per battery charge.

As always the customer service representatives are very helpful with answering fitment issues, suggestions for the right tires for the car as well as what I'm looking for in a tire and also with money saving suggestions.

I have been getting all season and winter tires for about 4-6 years now. Staff is always professional and helpful. Enviroment is always clean and very warming. Seating is comfortable and staff is very knowledgeable and have great customer service whether in person or on phone

The tires and wheels available changed as I made decisions about what to buy. For example: A Pro Comp 16" wheel loaded to my cart, then when I talked to Kyle he said the wheel doesn't come in 16". It happened with the tires too. Continental tires in the cart, then they were not available.

I ordered 4 wheels from TireRack last year and unfortunately was in an accident and damaged one of them. The wheels I purchased had been discontinued but the sales rep Tate, was able to fine an almost identical wheel for me. I was worried I wouldn't be able to find anything similar.

I was able to easily find tires for my vehicle. I was provided plenty of options to choose from. I was able to compare a variety of tires to see where the best value and performance would be. I'll be using Tire Rack for my future purchases and will recommend to friends family.

I had an issue with 1 Pirelli tire getting a bubble. The warranty process was a nightmare and took weeks to get done. They couldn't get the file to open on their end and continued to deny the forms I sent with zero explanation until I finally emailed and called about it.
