Having access to millions of miles of rating information is huge and the turnkey delivery of the tires to a qualified installer is brilliant.

Spent a lot of time investigating tires for my VW Golf. Driving in Michigan so I was looking for something that could handle all kinds of weather conditions. Tire Rack had a good range of tires and the tire tests were really useful in making my choice. The tires arrived at the installer (Discount Tire) within a couple of days. So far so good, feel very sound on Michigan's dodgy roads.

Best prices around. This will be my 4th set of tires, I've purchased from you and it's been a good experience, every time. I get the regular shipping and they still come, very fast.

Good prices, fast shipping/pickup, but not having the ability to place the order online and leave a name for someone else to pickup your order is unfair to the customer.

I have ordered tires, from tirerack, for all of my vehicles, for the last 10 years. The price is always lowest. Easy to find what I want without being hounded by a sales associate trying to push an agenda.

I've ordered from Tire Rack many times and have never been disappointed. Whether I'm going down to the store and having them install the tires, or they deliver them to me, it's always good.

One of the tires were off and it caused an uncomfortable shaking under my driver's seat. I didn't realize what the problem was until after I sold my car. Not very happy about tirerack causing me to sell a car that should've kept all because the balancing was off on the tires I paid to have balanced correctly. Other than that everything else was good and giving them another chance.

Prices have gone up, but that's due to a moron imposing tariffs, and not any one company. Tirerack's service is always fast, easy and and it honors its guarantees, so I am happy!

I lost one of my tire and need to get new one ASAP. My tire is not easy to find size in my local shops. I went to few shops but none carry my tire. But when i log in to Tire Rack, Easy to find my replacement tire and easy to order

When searching for a specific model my search results came back with like vehicles with different part which lead to a bit of confusion due to how Tire Rack displays it's search results. Example, I was looking up brake parts for a 2015 Audi A6 3.0t Prestige but also recieved search results back for the A6 2.0t and the 3.0 tdi which have different parts in which it would have been easy for me to accidentally order the wrong parts.

Bought continental tires and have replaced them under road hazard multiple times and each tire has been nothing but junk, loosing tread in 8-12 months

Tire Rack provides a dependable and proven successful online shopping experience. Easy to pull up purchase history and reorder. Site also provides a great comparison shopping tool to validate that there isn't a better new product out there.

Purchased my 3rd time on Tire Rack and the pricing is very competitive even when you add in the installation price. I used Discount Tire which is great. Delivery was extremely fast in a couple of days from order date.
