I've been a Tire Rack customer for years. I've ordered many sets of tires, and have never been let down. Ordered tires for wife's car,only needed two tires. Local shops always try to up sell you.

2 of the 4 tires ordered did not get delivered on time. When I called to find out, I was told that they would put in a new order. When I received the last 2 tires it was 8 days after the first advised delivery date. It caused a delay problem in my travel plan.
