Horrible and not professional, no solution for delay in delivery
We genuinely apologize about the delivery delay of the 4th and final tire, but please understand that all of the tires were shipped out together and formally delivered at the same time!
Namely, once you reported the issue, we investigated and could see that FedEx was citing a successful delivery of all 4 tires - we then contacted them using our Premier Business account in order to escalate the matter. In the meantime, you provided us with details about the delivery, including an useful photo.
Soon after FedEx did confirm that the 4th tire was separated by accident and, after relabeling it, they did manage to deliver it to you, 5 days later overall.
Obviously we do understand that the delay was inconvenient and confusing, but we do not understand why you would say that we were horrible and unprofessional - we immediately attempted to assist you and get things solved, which we did succeed in!

Received the tires fine by FedEx. However, my mechanic had to go to a more advanced shop to mount them because they were so hard and stiff. These were blems and found out they were 4 years old. They are a little rough on the road but holding up well at this point.
Although we do sell limited amounts of Blemished tires, we do certainly highlight each item listing for such tires to avoid any confusion; we do hope that there was no surprise there!
Regarding their quality and condition, they should not have anything besides cosmetic imperfections. To that end, we do apologize to you if they were unexpectedly difficult to mount and use.
If you do have a specific concern about their condition, please do contact us with more details, as all of the tires we work with should be safe, functional and ready for use - even the Blemished ones!

Great deal... quick delivery... but it was a really hard time to cross the canadian border without an invoice! Pulling up a screenshot of the invoice was unbelievable in their words... in the future please attach an invoice... I will buy again!

Our service center have us the news we needed two tires. We used the most economical source we could find. Tires were shipped, installed by our service center. We are in good shape!
