I ordered tires from this company because it said if ordered before 1pm the tires are shipped that day. I found 2 other sites with the same tires all three priced within 3 dollars of each other so I ordered from Tiremart because of same-day shipping. Well, so this was yesterday. I called their number and was put in the queue with 11 before me, then 13 then 12 then 11 etc... I waited nearly an hour. I called later in the day same numbers 11 and 12 and 11 and 13... I went on their LIVE CHAT and waited for 20 min for a person to answer and the queue said 0 people in front of me. Today I went on LIVE CHAT and waited then went to town and came back in about an hour and the LIVE CHAT was still 0 in the queue and me still waiting. So I called and got the same thing 11 in front of me then 13 then 11 then 13 then 12... i hung up. I went online and my order still said AWAITING SHIPPING... The thing is I need the tires before next Monday as I leave the state on Tuesday.
I had a blow out on my tire and had to wait to find a good replacement tire for five months with my tire dealer searching for one that had the wear my other tires had. I finally gave up waiting for them to find it and searched online to find this site and the tire that I needed for my wheel. I will be returning to this site to get my other tires.
As of writing this review, I have been waiting on customer service for a little over half an hour and I still haven't gotten in touch with a customer service representative. It says on the website that orders before 1PM EST would ship on the same day, but my order which I bought at around 11:45 EST still hasn't shipped after 3 days. I would never use a site that can't deliver on their promises.
We earnestly apologize about you not being able to reach us, we're currently dealing with extremely elevated amounts of incoming traffic and were simply unable to respond earlier. Naturally we are doing whatever we can to improve our system and logistics to account for this.

I had ordered 2 tires new for our E350 Mercedes almost a year ago and now the wife has slammed one against the curb. I found a used tire here and its exactly the model and brand, but worn about 20percent. This one tire is a perfect match to the other tire that is on the other side. Prices are good and the free shipping is great. This is my 3 time ordering and I can't be happier.
Needed these specific tires and they had them at a reasonable price, they look good and so far we' e had no issue with them at all…

I ordered two tires 245/40ZR17 to install on my 2013 Mercedes C250 and when they arrived I had them mounted, balanced and installed on the rear to replace 2
That were due for replacement. Took the car out for a test ride and the road noise sounded like it was an off-road truck. What can you do to resolve this problem?

I was very excited to find a new tire alternative like Best Used Tires to purchase tires from. I purchased as set of tires to be shipped "next day" to my home (30 miles from the shipping location). 5 days later, I received 2 tires. I became anxious and contacted Best for information. I was told that FedEx lost the tires. I can handle that. Didn't need the tires that fast anyway. Fast forward 2 weeks later. Still only had 2 tires. Contacted Best again. Was promised they would send 2 identical tires the next day. Fast forward 3 days later. Best emailed me telling me the tires were not available to ship. Best offers me 2 different tires. My car is AWD, need 4 matching tires. Best tells me I need to pay the difference for the next comparable set of tires. Horrible customer service. They had the opportunity to keep me as a customer but chose to infuriate me instead. I would definitely NOT recommend this company.
Customer service shouldn't have taken so long but the product was awesome. Maybe they could be better in the snow but that's my fault for not spending more money on the best tire. For the money they're awesome.
We do apologize for any inconvenience, we can confirm that the Order was placed on the 15th in the afternoon and should have been shipped on the 16th - regrettably it was shipped on the 17th due to various local delays.
With that said, we responded back to you as soon as we could amidst heavy traffic and likewise provided you with FedEx Tracking Numbers as soon as they were updated within our system.
Naturally we do apologize for the unwanted delays, we're doing what we can to accommodate, improve in all aspects and avoid such uncharacteristic delays.

I received my 2 tires and installed them last Saturday. The next day, one of my tire was low. Today I went to the garage to have them check on the low tire, and they found a crack on the tire. I don't generally write comments. This order deserves letting everyone know about my appreciation. I ordered three Michelin Primacy MXV4,205/55R16,89H, 8-9/32 and one MXV4,205/55R16,91H, 8-9/32 because that is what was available on the website at the time. Someone at the warehouse made sure all four were 89H and matched tread depth as well. Thank you, much appreciated.
Tires were delivered quickly and the price paid was reasonable considering I only needed one to match an already used tire. Will use them in the future for more tire purchases.

They sent a tire that had a baseball size repair and caramelized tread.
This was for my daughter's X5 that would be driven on sub-zero temp highways at high speeds. This dad wasn't about to risk it.
I requested a return label; BUTires REQUIRED I get an authorized tire expert to confirm my concerns. That appointment and work missed would have cost more than the tire itself ($75).
I've been unable to convince them to take the tire back for over a year.
They lie about their reviews, too. They claim 4.8 stars. But they wouldn't let me leave a review on their site.

Fast shipping and tires are as promised for a low price. Did not want to spend over 1,000 on new tires and only spent a little over 300. Will use this more often.
Pair of tires had tread depth as advertised. Both tires had 1 patch which is also as advertised. Date codes were less than 1.5 yr. Old. Overall good experience for the price paid.

All of our tires undergo an initial inspection when we receive them and then another inspection when ordered. The tires are then stored in our climate controlled warehouse to ensure they are protected from weathering and to prevent damage until they are ordered.

We'd like to say that you placed the Order after 1pm on the 24th, but we processed it on the same day anyway, although the actual shipping took place on the 25th (as advertised)! Afterwards there was a FedEx delay, but you did receive it on the 28th at 1:30pm local time!
With all of that in mind, we nonetheless deeply apologize that you could not reach us easily, that was clearly a legitimate issue on our end - we've been dealing with extraordinary amounts of incoming messages, calls and live chats, leading to very long wait times despite our best efforts.
