We went to latifah tower branch in Sheihk zayed road around 10pm. Rahul (one of your staff) was taking our order. We have informed him our orders. But he punched the wrong order and he keeps telling that it was not his mistake. And he does not want to admit his mistakes. Instead, he address it to the other lady. I guess he needs to have another training. He doesn't know what he is doing. And please tell him to speak clearly in English.

Horrible Service
July 5, 2022

Went to the drive-through this morning of the Springfield Ohio store on East Main Street the person could not hear my drive-through order and after repeating it for a 3rd time she stated that she wouldn't be Cursed at and refuse to take my order. I never once used any foul language and advised her that if she was having trouble with her headset she could simply ask people to pull forward and take their order at the window. I told her for all the time she spent arguing with me that she obviously could clearly hear what I was saying. She then proceeded to threaten to call the police on me told me she was the general manager but refused to give a name. So needless to say to say I will be returning to that store ever ever because as I was treated rudely my order wasn't taken And I did nothing wrong.

Main St and James Snow Parkway - DOES NOT PUT A SIGN out when there Cappuccino machine is down! They are down more than they are up! After waiting at long car line ups they say "sorry machine is down! That is all I drink from Tim Hortons is Cappuccino!

I have visited many Tim Horton restaurants and although I am still going to visit your restaurants, I want tell you there are improvements that could be made. I appreciate the fact that you are a fast food establishment. However, please take the time to get the order correct. Also, please note that bagels have holes in them. A big dollop of butter, cream cheese or mayo in the middle doesn't do a thing for the sandwich. I have to ask for a knife to spread the condiment myself. Today I got a BLT on a bagel. There was a huge pile of at least 3 leafs of lettuce. I removed 2 before eating my sandwich. The mayo was in a huge dollop in the middle, therefore oozing out the hole. I had to spread it myself. There were 3 tiny pieces of bacon. I'll ask for extra bacon next time. Ihave ordered the wild berry hibiscus quencher and gotten a cup of ice with a splash of drink in it. I now ask for light on the ice. I shouldn't be paying for a cup of ice when I order a drink. If 6 want to make my food myself, I'd stay home. Train your employees to do better. Tim Hortons is a Canadian institution. Please take pride your work.

There used to be a time where all sandwiches where made in french baguettes

Went to Tim Horton for the first time. Door says open at 0600. Knocked on locked door at 0605. Employee shook head and said they're not open then continued what he was doing. Won't be back.

"KEN" WORST MANAGER EVER!

We've been going to 274 Kingston Rd. E. at Tim Hortons for the pass 3 years. The service at drive-through has always been dreadful knowing the "manager/Ken" is at the window. No customer service, rude and doesn't crack a morning smile when greeted good morning and thank you!

As always, we ordered our 2 large coffee. On April 19,2023 at eight 8:11am I tried the app scan and pay. I was charge both on my Tim App card and directly to my TD account of $4.68. So therefore was charge double totalling $9.36

I went directly in the store to discuss it with a manager. This manager was definitely the most useless manager I have ever met. He had no solution nor recommendation or know what to do to how he can refund me. He just kept on shrugging his shoulder and saying I don't know. No customer service or skills to serve public. His demeanour sets off such a negative vibes.

The other customer even participated in our conversation by saying, "just give the woman a gift card of the difference. She's showing you the proof of payment occurring both on app and her bank. Not that hard"! Again, shows his level of knowledge/education by just saying I don't know and just shaking his head!

As I was driving, I called the location to get his name and he passed it onto an associate. Meanwhile, associate sounded hesitate to give me his name! He refuse to take the phone from her when she called him.

Only food open this late

I will drink Tim Horton's coffee, and have for years, but I never eat their food. It is terrible, and since they don't bake their donuts anymore those are not worth the money either. But we were in a bind. Hungry and tired. If you ever order the Habanero Chicken Wrap you better be hungry and have very few taste buds left. It is a pureed mix of garbage. I couldn't even finish it, and for me that is rare. I made sure to place it in a garbage as I wouldn't want a racoon eating it either.

Company policy, i was told, is not to fill travel mugs. But they can fill a disposable cup and you can pour it into your travel mug. Tim Horton's, wasting the Earth one coffee at a time.

Even though Tim Horton's Collingwood claims to serve breakfast ANYTIME. DON'T waste your time trying to order a breakfast sandwich in the late evening or ANYTIME after 12am. You will be told NO. No explanation just NO! This has happened to me SEVERAL times not just once! I was told no to a chicken wrap. When I changed my order completely to just buy 2 vanilla dream donuts. I was told NO for that as well. No explanation to any of the requests I had I was just told NO. Collingwood if you DON'T offer breakfast anytime. Take it OFF the menu. This incident happened at the Hume street Tim Horton's Collingwood.

Your location at abu dhabi mall, the staff are good and smile and make you feel happy and the place is nice but if you organize it more so ppl dont set too close near each other it will be nicer
