I wish I had researched this company before purchasing. You know the old saying, "If it's too good to be true... " Well, I ordered an item weeks ago. They send me bogus tracking numbers. I contacted them asking about the tracking numbers and they responded with a different tracking number which keeps indicating that the item never shipped. I called my credit card to dispute the charge, but am angry at being ripped off in the first place!

Unlike most of the respondents, I have had a very good experience with the Tiffany Outlet. I realize that their products may be fake but they are still very nice especially the price. I was able to track my order and received it very quickly.

It's a scam don't give these people your credit card if u create an account they will charge your card if u add anything to the shopping cart. They will then send you a fake tracking number. I went to the real tiffany&co today in green hills tn and there is no outlet. So please be aware and Don't let these people take your money. I am in the process of getting my money back from capital one bc of this scam

This is not Tiffany jewellery it is not even genuine silver. It was posted from Slovakia not London as I was expecting. The jewellery was bulky and tacky, very cheap looking you would never ever wear it, I tried to leave a review on the website but couldn't purchased 2 items which cost £200 and the are only fit for the dustbin. A total waste of money one very expensive lesson but you live and learn. Surprised Tiffany themselves haven't been able to do something about it.

Thanks to all the previous victims' reviews, I did not become Tiffanyoutlet. Org./toptiffinyoutlet. Com's victims. I had put two items in my basket, and did not finish "checking out" and emptied out my cart to do research. Luckily, I did not pay or entered my payment information... even though they have my address. The only thing that saved me was: I wasn't able to enter my billing visa information.
After that I read Site Jabber's reviews and Never will I visit their website again.

STAY AWAY! Don't even try it, I ordered about a month ago the item arrived fast but it wasn't the right one, they said they sent me a new style. It's truly fake looking and crappy. Never used ur card here I got my card compromised charging me 14 dollars from china

I ordered a bracelet over a month ago and my credit card was charged but I have never received the bracelet. I have sent three emails with no response. I am going to submit a fraud charge to my credit card to request a refund. Do not order from this company!

I recently made a purchase from this site and notice on my bank account that the name was sch china when they took my money I was charged 53.14 when the transaction stop pending it said sme faucet co and then I was charged 54.79 haven't got a tracking number send numerous emails trying to get my money back even through my bank now my bank is telling mmeI have to wait 15 days to receive my money back into my account which in fact I know this fake co that took my money will not give me a refund they say I will be charge 30% restocking fee and a fee to send it back what kind of bs is this and basically my bank is saying they can't credit my money into my account for at least 15 days..

Hi, i tried to enter my payment details but it said there was an error and to try again so i did and once again it came up as an error so i decided to to look up the website reviews and came across this website which has got me worried. Has anyone else had the same problem as me? I did not confirm the order as the payment details weren't accepted. If anyone has had the same problem did they get charged even though their payment details weren't accepted and they did not confirm the order?

They are soooo wack. I ordered two necklace/bracelet sets on Dec 26th... it is now January the 19th. I have been emailing them to get info as far as a tracking number, location, any answers as to where my order is and what is taking so long. I've gotten NO response period. I also asked is it authentic Tiffany & Co... NO response. I just started buying items online so this is truly a lesson. No more overseas companies and to check the websites properly for authenticity, shipping dates, and refunds. Know who your making a monitary transaction with before you buy. Hopefully by February I will have my order. One set was for my Mom... Ugh... They need to care and treat their customers much better.

Dodgey dodgey dodgey. You can expect items to be of an average quality when they're knock-offs, but I didn't even get the products I ordered! After emailing back and forth, where they basically said "sorry, but you don't always get what you ordered" they agreed to a partial refund, IT HAS NEVER BEEN DONE. Now they don't even respond to emails. Total scammers. I offered to return the products since I don't want them and they refused to give me an address.

BEWARE Just read the verbiage... poor grammar, no phone number or physical address you don't know who or where your personal info is going often times name brand good are sold for a lot less because they are LESS they either don't exist or its not authentic AVOID THESE SITES!

Tiffany necklace lasted less than 2 months. No refund offered but a repair for additional fee of £50. Not what you expect for such a brand. Never again.

Thank you very much people for your fantastic comments as I was going to buy an item from Tiffanys-store.com but thought there was something not quite right when the item I want to purchase is £180 on Tiffanys & Co London store and only £41.99 on Tiffanys-store.com.
After reading your comments I have decided if it seems to good to be true... Thats because it is, for any future buyers think about before you waste your money

I agree with greg! The chat is rubbish 1 to 3 word replys and they can't even spell. I hav ordered items that no doubt will be fake! The emails i hav received from this site are arriving in my spam inbox with spelling mistakes which also suggests something not right. Also the tracking number for my parcel is not recognised by the United States Postal Service but is with Parcelforce and its in CHINA not USA! My bank has alerted me that more money than i paid for has been taken out of my account and by an unrecognised source. Too good to be true i guess!

I ordered some items and received it a long time after my order. It was the first time that I ordered any Tiffany's jewelry and I didn't really know about it.

I found this website and it's just HORRIBLE! I did have a doubt when I saw the package (an ugly green colour)... When my friend tried to wear her earrings, they just felt apart... So I decided to ship back all the items I ordered hoping for my money back... do you think I have any chance to see it back?

I don't understand why the real Tiffany company doesn't do anything about it.

I have to confess that I've been totally stupid but I was not used to this brand. So don't be as naive as me and don't buy anything from this website!

PS: sorry for the english, it's not my first language.:-)

NEVER order from this website! Everything said in the previous reviews is absolutely true! STAY AWAY! I placed an order on December 1st for a Christmas gift and am still waiting. Fortunately I have been able to contact my credit card company to dispute before payment.

Stay away from this site... same experience as everyone else has listed. Scam Scam Scam... They send you the wrong item... something cheap and inexpensive and then try to convince you they will correct it but never do. I have filed dipute with paypal and request they look into this as this company should be kicked off.

Ive recived my tiffany pendant its a good copy. Even tho its not real it only cost 40pound rather that 250 pounds! I would buy from this site its threw pay pal so you will get your money back is anything goes wrong (i think) i would order something again but only low cost things :]

Like many other's thought i was purchasing from a uk web site, only to find out it was HK based!

Yes the pendent was a cheap replica that wasn't even silver, on e-mailing their customer service dept i was given the returns address etc and phone numbers, so i had a colleague, who works in HK, call them... to say they were suprised was being polite, however to date no refund despite being assured they would!

Anyone else suffered like this?
