Worst website ever dealt with - Please never buy something coming from mytiffanyworld.com
Wanting to pay a cheaper price for a tiffany product for my girlfriend's valentine's day, I decided no to order anything from the official tiffany's website but from mytiffanyworld.com
One of the worst decisions of my shopping online career.
1. You quickly realize that the "tiffany" item is being shipped from China, therefore there's 90% chances that the item is a knock off. The website looked pretty legit so that was the first unpleasant surprise.
2. The delivery times are ridiculous. You pay $15 for shipment and the delivery takes forever. Their website tells you that in the US you will receive your item within 5 days after placing order. Lol. I ordered the item on Feb the 2nd, today Feb the 12th it still hasn't left Shangai
3.The customer service is just bad. There is no phone number, only a general email address that doesn't answer any of your emails

At this point I'm afraid I will never see my package and worst thing if I wanted to return my item I couldn't as the return address is not posted on the website and as the customer service doesn't answer the emails they're being sent.

Sometimes it's just better to pay a high price

I never received any tracking number.
After a few days I emailed the company since they do not have a phone number and they
Replied and stated they were out of stock to wait another day. They told me this for
Four days. I began to become weary of the company and if they were legit. I live
Chatted with a woman named Lucy and she told me that it will be shipped out not to worry
I told her cancel my order and it took a while but she finally agreed. I asked what the
Confirmation number was and she said there was none that she and pay pal will email me
When my money is back in my account. I did not use pay Pal I paid directly through the
Site. I since have received no refund and I also wrote to the better business breau
They investigated it and are unable to help because the business is out of Shangai China
Which is another red flag. I am sure this company is fraudlent. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYITHNG THEY WILL ROB U

Ordered a pendant & chain on 4 January 2010 its now 22 Febuary never got it im now 65 pounds out of pocket never again please please don't use this website its a SCAM

CHEAP CRAP SAVE YOUR MONEY.
BROUGHT EAR RINGS WHICH TURNED MY EARS BLACK.
