They are soooo wack. I ordered two necklace/bracelet sets on Dec 26th... it is now January the 19th. I have been emailing them to get info as far as a tracking number, location, any answers as to where my order is and what is taking so long. I've gotten NO response period. I also asked is it authentic Tiffany & Co... NO response. I just started buying items online so this is truly a lesson. No more overseas companies and to check the websites properly for authenticity, shipping dates, and refunds. Know who your making a monitary transaction with before you buy. Hopefully by February I will have my order. One set was for my Mom... Ugh... They need to care and treat their customers much better.
