We're the original no-fee ticket site that guarantees the best prices on tickets to live events.
TickPick generally enjoys a positive reputation among customers, particularly for its competitive pricing, user-friendly app, and transparent, no-hidden-fee policy. Many users appreciate the smooth purchasing process and timely ticket delivery, contributing to overall satisfaction. However, concerns arise regarding customer service, particularly in cases of ticket transfers and cancellations, where some customers experienced frustration due to delays and insufficient support. While many expressed willingness to use the platform again, enhancing communication and support during critical transactions could further improve the customer experience and address recurring issues.

I purchased day of tickets for a concert at noon, by 3:00 p.m. I heard NOTHING about my ticket status. So I called and asked for help - being told that they needed to investigate and would call me back.
90 minutes passed and nothing. Upon calling them back, they already knew they sold me invalid tickets and their "offer of comparable seats" were literally a whole level up from the original seats
Upon voicing my displeasure and expressed that they weren't the same and I wanted a refund, their "customer service" rep became incredibly defensive and rude - demanding a thank you for doing his job...
When I called my bank to dispute the claim - guess what company was still trying to process the same?
I use this site all the time for tickets mosly to MLB games, with a few concerts here and there. Their tickets are always the cheapest (I check), and I've never had any issues for over 10 orders placed on TickPick.
Thank you so much for leaving this great review and giving us an opportunity!
Never purchased off of TickPick but I did sell my tickets here. Sadly, I had to get rid of my Dave Matthews tickets. I have never sold tickets on any site before but I now know I can definitely count on this team to help. I emailed and they were very responsive. They provided a clear step by step walk through. Easy!
Glad to hear that we could help! Thank you so much for leaving this great review and giving us an opportunity!
After my purchase, I was promptly emailed by TickPick, stating they needed to mail me the tickets by 4pm to guarantee on time delivery for an upcoming Steelers game. I gave them my address and they shipped the tickets right away. I was also given the tracking information promptly after. The tickets arrived quickly and exactly where they were supposed to be shipped. The tickets were exactly as ordered. I always feel safe using TickPick. I've used them quite a few times and never had a bad experience. I highly recommend them.
This is great to hear! Thank you so much for leaving this great review and giving us an opportunity!
I purchased tickets through TickPick awhile ago. With the event coming up in a couple of weeks I couldn't attend the event due to an unforeseen family emergency.
TickPick couldn't refund me however, their support staff was extremely helpful in helping me resell my tickets. It was a easy process! I was able to get my tickets sold so everything worked out in the end. The team really does their best to work with every buyer. Thanks again guys!

Perfect perfect perfect!
First time buyer here and the site is great. Had a wonderful time at Drake. If you have any questions reach out to their support staff. The rep I spoke to was wonderful!
Glad you enjoyed the event! Thank you so much for leaving this great review and giving us an opportunity!
Hi everybody
Wanted to let you know that this service is legit! Bought tickets for the Mets an hour before the game. Their app runs as smooth as any app can run. I was able to scan it right off my phone!
Easiest and cheapest tickets I have ever purchased. Keep up the good work!:)
Paul
Glad to hear you had a great experience using the app! Thank you so much for leaving this great review and giving us an opportunity!
TICKPICK is and will remain my best always online purchase service provider. Their service delivery is top-notch. There are no hidden charges and their customer care service is awesome. I strongly recommend everyone to go with TICKPICK
Great to hear! Thank you so much for leaving this great review and giving us an opportunity!
I have used TickPick for many of my online purchases. The prices were fair and the customer service was quick and friendly. There was no hidden or overcharges. All the transactions went good. Definitely a 5 Star service. Recommended to everyone for online ticket purchases.
Thank you so much for leaving this great review and giving us an opportunity!
I paid this no fee shylock company $140 for $49.95 face value tickets, i had the worst concert experience of my life thanks to tickpick, i bought 8 tickets as a gift to my siblings and spouses, we couldn't even see big screen or the artist clearly. I honestly want this company to go bankrupt and not commit the same crime to someone else as they did to me and i hope they burn in hell. 8 x 90 = $720 that was their NO FEE charge
I am sorry for any confusion here. TickPick is a secondary marketplace like StubHub. What separates us from them is that we do not charge buyer fees. StubHub charges the buyer and the seller a fee while we only charge the seller. When purchasing tickets on the secondary market you are purchasing tickets above or below the value of the tickets. We do not dictate any prices. We run a platform for brokers and individual sellers to resell tickets. If any of this is unclear please feel free to followup.
Tried to purchase tickets for seats online via Tickpick's website and the transaction would not go through, but they did charge me multiple times for the transactions and would not give me the seats that I tried to purchase. They keep on saying it's an issue on my end or a bank issue, but I called my bank and there was no issues on our end.
Called Tickpick for an explanation or even similar tickets, and got hung up on twice before finally reaching a personnel who informed me that there was nothing they can do. Worst customer service ever, and they even tried to put the blame on me.
Tickpick basically charged me twice for a ticket that I never received, and informed me that it was my fault. Had to go through hell to even cancel the transaction they charged, and lost so much time in the process. Just go through the process with other more legit ticketing companies. The other companies might charge more for the tickets and extra fees, but you're guaranteed better customer service, and tickets that actually work. Would have saved so much time and headache buying from another place instead of spending all afternoon calling Tickpick!
STAY AWAY!
Sorry for the delayed reply Wendy. I believe you are referring to the MLS tickets you were attempting to purchase. Our system said the information you used did not match. This usually happens when a buyer has moved and are using incorrect information that is not linked to the card. The system may be a little sensitive because the industry is highly susceptible to fraud (this is one of the ways we combat fraud). I can assure you that you were never charged. We charge our buyers only after the order is confirmed. Your attempts were never confirmed, which means they were instantly voided. My colleague did her absolute best to explain the situation and even sent a screenshot of what exactly are system was saying. I can confidently say our platform runs just fine, but I apologize if there was any miscommunication took place.
Picked up tickets at will call and they didnt work, apparently the original owner of the tickets had duplicates and either sold or used the other copies. This was a common problem for this particular show and something Tickpick needs to resolve in the near future. However customer service was very prompt and as there were no other tickets on tickpick, they reimbursed me in full for the Stubhub tickets I had to buy that were twice as expensive. I hope they charged the original seller the difference in price.
I was really afraid that my tickets would somehow not be accepted at the gate because they were just such GREAT tickets at a good price. But TickPick was there to answer questions, offer their guarantee, and there was no problem whatsoever with my tickets. I got to see a once-in-a-lifetime up close show by Keith Urban that will stick in my memory forever.
I purchased two tickets for Radiohead July 14 at MSG. I received an email from Tickpick confirming that our tickets would be mobile tickets and sent to my mobile courtesy of my Ticketmaster account.
Yes the tickets were transferred soon after the purchase, but my Ticketmaster account indicated that the tickets would be mailed to me?! What a joke! False advertising to say the very least. In complete contradictiom to the confirmation email from Tickpick indicating mobile phone accessible tickets. We are coming from Australia to NYC to see Radiohead as part of our vacation so imagine our panic and horror at finding out on July 13 when logging onto my Ticketmaster account that we did not actually have mobile tickets! It took a 30 minute international phone call to Ticketmaster in USA at a cost of 44 cents/minute to rectify this.
This is not acceptable. And I am being too kind to say that. Paper tickets being sold as mobile tickets. Appalling.
Hi Nicky,
Mobile transfers are something every secondary market has to adapt to. We are not affiliated with Ticketmaster nor do we prefer this method. Mobile transfers are a recent addition to the ticket industry and this is where everything is moving. Pretty soon, everything will be mobile. This is primarily done to combat fraud. Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of those who distribute the tickets. It is for this reason we do not guarantee delivery method. We guarantee on time delivery for all of our confirmed orders and will tireless work to deliver your tickets. I cannot thank you enough for adapting to situation. My apologies for any inconvenience.
We purchased 4 tickets to an Astros game and it was so easy through Tickpick. We had great seats and a great time. There are no hidden fees, what you see is what you pay. I would highly recommend Tickpick.
This was my first experience using Tick Pick and Ill never buy tickets any other place again! So easy to use, as well. Find your tickets, pay safely, and your QR codes arrive well before the event. Very happy Tick Picker here!
TickPick sent tickets with aisle number and some sort of code that we assumed were seat numbers. At the venue, we were told that wasn't a seat number and we have no seats. We drove a long way and did not get to see the sold out show. Meanwhile Tick Pick took our money and did not provide any tickets
My apologies for the delay Robert, and this does not sound right at all. Would you kindly send an email with your order number to support@tickpick.com so we can dig a little deeper. Thank you.
Concert was cancelled. Why is it our fault?! Its not. So why dont we get a refund? Good question! They blame their Policies & Procedures. Dont waste your money as we did ours. Terrible terrible company!
When events are fully cancelled we issue refunds ASAP. On the other hand, if events are postponed then you will have valid tickets for the makeup date. Postponed events cannot be refunded however, you can most definitely use our platform to list said tickets for sale. Please reach out to us with your order number if you did not receive a refund for a cancelled event.
I got the best price of any ticket broker with these guys. But it came with a teensy little catch: no tickets were ever delivered. Hilarious. Not like I spent $1600 or anything - Oh wait, I DID! The service folks are hilarious too - they say "call us anytime, we're here to help!" Think they helped me get my $1600 back?
Long story short. I bought a 'will call' ticket, got a receipt for a 'will call' ticket, went to the game and there was no ticket. Came home and after searching the internet, to find contact information, tried calling them, only to hear music and then hear the phone go dead. Tried to email them. Got a response but it sure wasn't timely. Meanwhile, I found an email from them in my junk email folder that had an electronic ticket (product substitution). They at first tried to tell me this was my problem. After 3 emails, I think they realized they did not deliver as promised and gave my account a credit. So if you are going to use this service, realize that customer service is not up to par, add them to you email address book (to keep any last minute changes they make from going into your junk folder), Adding their telephone number to your phone just in case, but my experience is that the telephone is not adequately manned. Realize emails also are very slow.
My previous use went flawless, this one went horrible. Just be aware that they may do a "switch-er-roo" on you and you may not know it. Keep a smart phone with you, check your junk email folder. If you need to contact them, don't expect any timely response.
Good Luck - Hopefully what happened to me won't happen to you - Just be prepared in case it does
There was supposed to be a ticket for me at will call window. Was there for an hour and a half before the game and the ticket never came. Went to the stadium (cost of parking and my time) for nothing. I have called the credit card company to put a complaint in. We'll see what happens. Don't use these guys unless you want disappointment and wasted time and money!
Update: Found a number for them. I called it. Went to music and then hung-up on me.
Seems like a bad omen to me - no customer service. Stay away at all cost
Answer: Hi there, Great question! So as a secondary marketplace where sellers are listing their tickets for sale, the tickets are typically sent electronically via a primary platform such as Ticketmaster, AXS, Account Managers, or SeatGeek (just to provide a few examples). Of course, this is dependent on the venue/event organizer.
Answer: Yes, you would want to list your tickets for a delivery date (In-Hand date) which would directly reflect the day the tickets are available for transferring, listed on Ticketmaster.
Answer: Yes, you would want to list your tickets for a delivery date (In-Hand date) which would directly reflect the day the tickets are available for transferring, listed on Ticketmaster.
Answer: Hi there, You are free to list your tickets on as many platforms as you wish. Please keep in mind, if your listing sells on TickPick you are locked into fulfilling the order. If your listing sells on another platform, you will need to remove the listing from TickPick ASAP to avoid it selling there as well. If they sell on TicketMaster and you do not remove your listing, and then the listing sells on TickPick you will be held responsible to provide tickets to fill the order as well. You will need to monitor your listings/sales very closely to ensure you do not end up with what is called a double-sale.
Answer: Thanks for reaching out! The delivery of the tickets depends on the venue and if there are any delivery delays. We guarantee they will arrive in ample time, 24 hours prior to the event being the latest. Once your order is confirmed, you will get an email with the expected delivery date.
Answer: Hi there, Account surrender means the seller has setup an account that houses the tickets, they would then provide you with the login credentials and you would need to login to the account to view and access the tickets using the login credentials from the seller. It is a valid and safe form of delivery and only used when the event organizer has turned transfers off for that particular event. All sales are backed by our Buyer Trust Guarantee so even with Account Surrender orders, your order is safe and protected by our guidelines.
Answer: Yes, all of our orders have a buyer trust guarantee. If you have any issues with the validity of tickets on your order, you can contact our customer support and we will work with your seller to ensure you have valid tickets for entry at no additional cost to you.
Answer: Hi there, I apologize for the delayed response from our team. Sometimes, if your delivery date isn't until 24/48 hours before the event takes place would be because the tickets are being held and not transferable yet by the venue itself. It is very common for the venues to hold a delay on releasing barcodes to prevent fraudulent tickets from hitting the marketplaces. This is an added security measure out of our control. One of the many reasons you can rest assured with our Buyer Trust Guarantee! We have a dedicated fulfillment team monitoring all orders as they get closer to their "In-hand" date and we will offer replacements whenever possible if the seller misses their deadline to deliver. You may get the tickets before 10/29 so continue to keep a close eye on your emails and let us know if you have any questions.
Hi Jacob,
I am really sorry to hear this, as we would never want any customer to have a poor experience. I also sincerely apologize for the poor experience you had with customer service. We take pride in our customer service so I sincerely apologize for letting you down. I wish you were to give us another opportunity so we could make this right with you. Please send us an email to support@tickpick.com so we can have someone look into this and we can make this right.
