I was initially sold two tickets, then had to call to accept other tickets. Honestly, in all the times I have bought theater tickets, I have never had this type of experience. All good at this time, but I guess I think you should know you have the tickets before you sell them. So many middle men seem to add costs?

It would have been great if I got the actual ticket from your organization rather than having to accept it by downloading a different app creating a username and password etc. if your company could find a way to get the actual ticket directly to the customer without going through anyone else that would be great. I paid for the ticket but still don't have it. I never got the instructions on how to accept the ticket
