Selling tickets that aren't even on sale yet? Isn't this illegal? This is an awfully shady way to do business.
Don't buy from them, they are crooks! They sell tickets for at least double what you can get them for directly from the venue. They also use clickbait to make you believe you are buying directly from the venue. Is that even legal?
Julian is the best. I have a flip phone and the only way to get tickets was through mobile app. She helped me when I thought I was helpless, she was knowledgeable, patience and friendly. She guided me through the whole process of downloading the App and got me my tickets which nobody else was able to do. This company sells fraudulent tickets. They got my husband and I for nearly $600. We wouldn't have known they were fake had we not tried to post them on Ticketmaster to sell them. There was no way to retrieve the bar code number, we called customer service and the woman only told me to try to sell them somewhere else and could not give me a bar code number to list them for sale. Would not provide refund. I was on the phone for two hours. Fortunately our bank refunded the money to us after we filed a claim.
