I bought tickets pre COVID. The event was postponed twice. I can no longer use the tickets. TicketsOnSale customer service suggested I try reselling online, but in order to do that I need the barcode. I live chatted and was told they can't tell me the barcode number (even though they have it) but that I don't need it because they scan the QR code at the venue. I explained again that I'm not attending the concert and in order to sell the tickets I need the barcode. They refused to give it to me and suggested I try contacting the site where I'm trying to resell the tickets to see if they can assist me. DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THIS SITE. You'll regret it.
I mistakenly bought tickets from TicketsOnSale, thinking I was buying them from the venue directly. The venue's price was $25 for the General Admission ticket. TicketsOnSale's price for the exact same ticket was $46, even as the venue was still selling tickets for $25! While I can understand scalping tickets when there are no more originals left, scalping tickets for twice the price when original tickets are still available is just plain criminal. And it gets worse... on top of all that, TicketsOnSale charged $15 per ticket as a "Service Charge"... And then they charged another $7.50 for "Electronic Transfer", which was just a little extra 'F-U' for good measure. And it gets worse... since I thought my credit card company would back me up on just how wrong all of this was, I disputed the TicketsOnSale charge and got my $495.98 back (temporarily). Then I went out and bought the 8 $25 tickets from the venue (directly from TicketMaster) for $286.90. However, in the end, the credit card company reversed the dispute, apparently because you're not a crook if you get your customers to sign some BS agreement. But, by far, the worst part of all of this is that the artist did not see one penny of the premium I paid to TicketsOnSale. Not to worry, though, I ended up paying for 16 tickets (instead of the 8 I wanted), so the artist got twice as much as they would have from my attendance. So there's that...
I had purchased tickets for opening night of the touring company of Hamilton at the Pantages Theatre in Hollywood. I had previously reviewed this company for not coming through with my purchased tickets, but removed my earlier review once the tickets were delivered. Come to find out that this company operates like ticket scalpers. After a long wait on the phone (45 minutes) I finally got someone to answer, with unsatisfactory answers. These swindlers are buying tickets from Ticketmaster and then reselling them. They are upping the price of the original tickets in addition to adding high processing fees.

I ordered tickets for a Memphis Redbirds game online. Apparently, I entered my email address incorrectly and never received the tickets, but was charged the full ticket price and processing fee anyway. After a few hours lapsed and I never received my tickets, I tried to follow the link but it did not allow me to access my order. I called the number that was on my credit card statement and they basically said if a customer mistypes their email address, they will get charged and not receive their tickets. So, BEWARE!

This was the first time I bought tickets to go see our local minor league team. The price was $20 and I thought it was high but I didn't know any better and I picked good seats from the stadium seating chart. At checkout this website added multiple fees that brought the price up to almost $30. I went along with it because I'm a busy guy and this was my first time. We get to the game and they tell us we are out in the grass, not even in the seats. I couldn't believe it. Fortunately they had us talk to the Supervisor and he gave us good seats without charging us any more. Don't do business with this website. They are thieves and crooks.
If you buy tickets and the show is rescheduled and you can't make the new show, you're sh** out of luck. I've never known of a ticket vendor not offering a refund if a rescheduled show cannot be attended. The artist cancelled the day of the show, and I cannot make the new date and now I'm out $111. TicketsOnSale said "too bad, you agreed to the terms and conditions and we don't refund purchases for rescheduled shows". I will not purchase from this site again.
Horrible scam took my 1250 dollars 6 tickets asked for the tickets over and over no one picked up the phone. Guaranteed the tickets never received them. This company should be shut down sued. I bought two tickets for a concert and was told I would receive them no less than 24 hours before the show. After I paid for the tickets I received one within a short time. I then received an email telling me that the sale was canceled. I spent countless hours online and on the phone trying to rectify the situation with their customer service. I was told consistently to wait and keep checking my email for the other ticket. The day of the show I spent over 2 1/2 hours with customer service trying to figure out if I had tickets or not. They told me I would have to continue to wait. After 2 1/2 hours the show had already started and I was told again to keep checking my email. Since then I have requested a refund and I was just told, that I did receive the tickets. Even though I did not. Every time you call they tell you it's over an hour wait and anytime you go online it takes about 20 to 30 minutes to get a customer service rep. This is not a reputable company and I would avoid at all costs.

Bought Garth Brooks tickets from this company and I NEVER got them. Spent hours on the phone with them and they assured me I would get the tickets even up until 10 minutes before the concert. Called the next day to get a refund and they told me because they had an incorrect email when the tickets were purchased that a refund was not possible. Even though they got the correct email the day before and verified it. They also told me that they were in contact with the seller several times. They not only had my email but my husbands and said that tickets were being sent to both. They told me the night of the concert that I would get a refund and to call the next day. I also asked to speak to a supervisor and they hung up on me.

Their service feed is just as much if not more than the cost of the tickets. So two ticketrs is like 4 tickets in cost. One minute after purchase (a slip) they said NO refunds. Concert was rescheduled due to COVID. They waited until Fri at 300PM to SEND my tickets for SUNDAY at 3:00. $-6 hours later of chase down status, no tracking number, NOT shipped Saturday the day before... not worth it. Don't do it. Trust me. HORRIBLE. CRIMINALS!
So I bought tickets for an Event that is 8/8. I purchased them in early July. I was told that I would get the tickets by 8/1. It's now days before the event and the tickets won't be shipped till the day before. Unless they're personal bringing me the tickets no way will they get here in time. I called customer service and they said that they should get here in time but if not I will get a refund. I asked to cancel so I could buy them elsewhere and was told no. I then said I will dispute it with my CC company if I don't get the tickets. They said it would take 6-8 weeks to get my money back and it's not guarantee.
These guys are thieves! This show has been rescheduled two years in a row (a. K. a. Cancelled). Their customer phone services is an automated loop that takes you nowhere. They also have a chat feature that has a robot responding. Do NOT buy from these guys. They take your $$ and run!
This company looks legit….& In the end you get no tickets! Drove 3-1/2 hours to an event and was never able to get in…no tickets, no bar code to scan…no body to help in customer service! Was on hold for 105 minutes & nothing…. Was on there chat… couldn't find my order! Yet I had email confirmation and money gone from my bank! So not only did we not get to see the events. Yeah we bought tickets to two different events on the same day, but wasted money for hotel & gas & my time getting off work to go to! Let's just say I'm pissed a little bit! To top it off this was for my daughters birthday that we purchased a month in advanced! Great way to celebrate
Would give zero if I could. Bought DC tennis tickets but TicketsOnSale website gave misleading and incomplete information, meaning I had seats to an empty stadium. Then service charges are not fully disclosed until final payment. Rates as price-gouging and scamming, in my personal opinion. Will watch for them and never use again.

The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
