It was easy to pay them. They said I received a link to get the ticket, which never came. I e-mailed them the issue and never heard back from them. I contacted the venue and they said the tickets were free. So, they seem to be a scam, at least for this show.
Tried to buy tickets and was denied but was charged anyway. Went to buy again and denied and charged again. Now I'm waiting for all my money to be refunded to my bank. Or if I did actually get the tickets then I would have to sell them because I can't refund the tickets. Frustrating!

This website is a scam. You are seriously selling tickets for double and triple the price from the vendor. The tickets do NOT have the buyers name on it. The vendor cannot guarantee the person listed on the tickets will not show. This is ridiculous

I bought two tickets to a baseball game. My credit card was charged for the purchase. However, when I tried to download the tickets, it said my cart expired and I "lost" my tickets. How do you lose your tickets AFTER you pay for them?
Purchasing the tickets was quite easy, however it was very complicated to get the tickets sent to my phone. I had to create an account and download the app in order to get the tickets on my phone. This was a frustrating and arduous process. In addition there was a $23.00 charge per ticket, which seems to be ridiculous. Will never use Ticketmaster's again.

The commission should be stated up front, not when you're checking out. Scalping used to be illegal, but Live Nation has a monopoly on it for all events now. Many of these smaller scalpers are just shell companies of Live Nation. There is no opportunity for an individual to buy a ticket for face value from the box office anymore. Live Nation and its cohorts are granted a monopoly on ticket selling, and they can mark up the cost of the ticket to whatever number they like. They easily make a 30% return on a block of tickets simply by holding them for a few weeks. It's legalized theft, IMHO

Very upset. I thought I was buying directly from the venue but it took me to tickets on sale. After I bought I found the venue website and tickets were 1/2 the price.
I picked a middle section to take my kids to their very first Cyclones game. I paid $437 total for 6 tickets. The tickets that were given to me were in the end of the stadium and no where near where I picked. I paid more to be in the middle yet I sat in section 223 row K. I will never use this service again!
