Glad we saw the news but we had to pay double for the tickets

I haven't received the tickets I paid for and no information or update when or how I will receive them.

This looks like a regular ticket purchase site until you get to the fine print at the checkout page.

Not a good way to come n scam people pretty low if you ask me

I bought a total of 5 tickets for two different shows. They take your money but no sign of receiving tickets. You should not get charged until your tickets are received!

I wanted to see Funny Girl at the August Wilson Theatre, in NYC. Although the box office was sold out, I was able to find tickets on the site, TicketsOnSale. Service was quick, although I wish the seat location was better for the price.
It was listed as $40 face value, I paid $75, plus approx $25 in fees. For a senior on a low, fixed income, that's a lot of money. I'd rather have ticket prices shown with fees included, instead of as add-ons. All ticket brokers should be regulated by the government due to their fees.

The tickets purchased were so overpriced and didn't include anything that ticket master was offering. Ticketsmaster was $200 less for VIP packages that included photo ops with the band, private bar, etc and this company refused to provide any of the same services for more money. Refunds not available. I feel very scammed.

I ordered THREE times trying to get tickets where twice I was on the phone and 2 times my order was cancelled and the last time I was at the door turned away because my tickets weren't sent to me even though I got an email saying my order went through and got a QR code. It actually ruined my whole day.

Easy shopping, just hoping these are good enough seats because my husband has Macular Degeneration and has a hard time seeing.

I could not set the confirmation for placing the order to print in full no matter how small I made the type or what orientation I set. Not my printer's problem.

You need to be faster at issuing the tickets on a smart phone

To be honest I was a little sketchy because as soon as I bought my tickets the cart said it had expired but charged my card but not even a week after I received my tickets! Definitely buying from them again!

I just have the information the seats have partially vision after have bought them.

I just purchased tickets and I went to accept them and was unable to access them. Really pissed off as it said another email address confirmed them which isn't possible when I am the only email on the account. Tired of the ticket master second party bull$#*!.

Tickets are advertised at one price and then you put them in the cart and they are triple the price. Buyers Beware!

Well I have already bought my tickets and was charged, yet I'm told I'll receive my tickets somewhere between no and the day before my event.

Still waiting to hear what our seat #'s are. Other than that we are good.
