Everything about this experience feels off. The site doesn't do a good job of making sure you know it is a reseller site before you purchase. Then you can't cancel. It's also super weird you don't get your tickets until the day before. This whole thing feels like a scam. If I get my tickets I'll change my rating to a 3. Still feels sketchy

After I waited for two weeks for the ticket to be transferred to my email address, the day before the event, I finally was made aware that the ticket had been sent to a different ticket app without me being notified of it.

Not very impressed. Had to call because tickets were cancelled after an email was sent to me while I was flying traveling so I did not get the message until after the tickets were cancelled.

I did receive a quick confirmation email but the message was essentially your tickets will be available sometime in the future before the concert. I guess I am confident in my purchase.
