I don't have my tickets yet! I have a confirmation but no tickets. Very shady.
I will NOT be using this 3rd party service again. It took an EXORBITANT amount of time searching my email for the confirmation so that I could accept and download the tickets.
I made two purchases, one for 6 tickets to the event and another for 5 tickets. I did receive a confirmation for both purchases. In the confirmation email it was written that I would receive another email from Ticketmaster with instructions on how to accept and download the tickets. What needed to be input into the search bar to find the next emails was ridiculous.

I was checking spam, promotions, and all mail, I still couldn't locate the email that was suppose to follow. It didn't show up under ticket master or the performance name.
After reaching out to the help desk an hour before the show I was able to locate the email. The tickets were appropriately loading onto my account but…. It was only for one order!
I didn't even get the email from ticket master to accept and download the tickets for the second order until 11:56! The performance started at 12:00! If you didn't accept and download the tickets before the performance start time you will never be able to download them.

The person was only also able to locate one order. That again is because I never received the second email until minutes before the show started even though I purchased them the day before.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
