The process is not clear and very confusing for someone who's purchasing for the first time. I am still not 100% clear if my have my ticket ready. I get weird emails asking me to confirm that my tickets have been confirmed. Shouldn't you know this?

Purchased wrong date accidentally - called right away. Chatted with a "Fan experience expert". Nothing could be done. TicketsOnSale do NOT respect the Canadian and Ontario Consumer Protection Act (I was - still am - eligible for a reimbursement or exchange).

I purchased tickets that may not show up until 3 days before the event. This does not all me to make any changes or resell the tickets myself if my plans change between now and the concert (which is 6 months away). I was on my phone and distracted (so it's my fault to have used this company), beware, it looks like they are associated with a venue if you aren't paying attention. They are not!
