I am 89 years old and have bought Shaw tickets and Stratford tickets on line for at least 10 years. I was not familiar with buying tickets in the advanced computer age. All of the confirmation notices, etc I received I have saved for my granddaughter to look over and then put the tickets on her phone. She will do this on Thursday Dec. 12

Ty for being here I just had a question about my parking ticket that I thought I purchased extra. I was on hold for a long time I think called that well. I just went ahead and ordered. Purchased another ticket just in case I run into any kind of travel date of the concert other than that, I guess the experience OK.
This is not a bad review, per se, I just wasn't paying close enough attention, and I was "had"/misled. I typed in what I thought was Ticketmaster's website. I somehow ended up on this website, perhaps I was rerouted, or I was just not paying close enough attention. Either way, I bought tickets that were about $70 higher than Ticketmaster's price. So I thought that was fine, I was willing to pay that. The tickets were listed at $180 each on this site, which should have been roughly $360 total. However, I was charged astronomical fees, and my total came to $499. I have not yet received the tickets, and they're saying it might be as close as two days before the show before I receive them. If everything goes well, and I get legitimate tickets, then I will say that this site is legitimate, and use them if you can't find tickets elsewhere and are willing to pay huge service fees….But if you can get tickets through Ticketmaster at face value, pay attention and do that.

Placed 2 orders...1 went fine. Second was a scam, with no tickets delivered.
Call me old, but I clicked on the first, big, bold ticket seller --TicketsOnSale-- thinking it was the event's official seller. It was/is not. I really should have shopped around and that's on me. The site guides you right to event seating and easy ticket purchase. Nowhere upfront does it warn that you're working with a reseller and that you won't know what seats you'll get, or that you won't get you're tickets until the day before the event. It definitely doesn't give you an upfront warning that there are NO REFUNDS and your hooked with whatever overpriced, last minute ticket you're designated. Now I have no tickets to print or a receipt showing seats --that I intended to wrap up as a Christmas gift. Sadly, while I'll just have to trust the tickets won't be lousy and will actually appear by showtime, I will have to live with feeling fleeced and ripped off.
Our purchase of Nate Bargatze tickets went very smoothly. Every step was clear, and our ticket confirmation email was available the following day.
