As I have never dealt with this company before, I am a bit uncomfortable with the fact that I have yet to receive the actual tickets. I am also completely unimpressed with the fact that the service fee was over $100 for a ticket that wasn't even $200. Receiving the actual tickets would make me feel a little better as this purchase has been full of unwelcome surprises. I don't believe I would use this company again. Have had far better experiences, dealing with more transparent ticket agencies. Feeling this company is pretty sketchy, but I suppose I can always get my money back through my credit card company if my suspicions are correct.
