I booked 1 *******@the YOTEL in DC on 9/11 to spend 1 night on 10/2. There was no information whatsoever that the Hotel could or would charge me a resort fee during the booking process. In addition, my order confirmation had NO disclaimer about any extra fees under Hotel Check-In Policy.
Yesterday at check-in I was told by the hotel employee that a $35 resort fee/facilities fee would be charged on my credit card. I immediately complained about it with no success and then I tried to call the company tickets at work that came with the same vague explanation that they have nothing to do with this fee and they cannot refund anything. The YOTEL was also awful and did not want to refund my money.
I will definitely dispute this charge and I advise Tickets@ work to insert a disclaimer about this to prevent any future problems.
THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAPPEN TO ME in 15 DAYS WITH 2 DIFFERENT HOTELS. I WAS LUCKY THE PREVIOUS HOTEL I STAYED ALSO IN DC WAS KIND ENOUGH TO WAIVE THIS FEE BECAUSE THEY AGREED THERE WAS NO DISCLAIMER THAT ALLOW THEM TO CHARGE FACILITIES FEE ON MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL.
The outcome was different this time. Neither the YOTEL or *******@work want to accept they are at fault and should refund the $35 dollar fee I had to pay. They should def refund it and dispute this among them, the customer should never be penalized by their negligence.
I was booking hotels through this site for business purposes very frequently and will never do it again.
Please do not I repeat do not use this company they are fraudulent and will take your money and submit fake documents to the bank so that you cannot receive your money back I have been trying to resolve and is sure with them for a month and have gotten nothing the hotel I booked stated that services were canceled and they still refuse to give me my money back I keep getting different emails from different people saying different things save your self the time and stress and book with a different company.I'm looking into legal options at this point!
This site is nothing but a third party site that charges higher rates than other travel sites. My company has a corporate account with them. I assumed being a corporate partner you would be able to get a decent deal. Not the case. They made over $200 on me for a four night stay in Charleston, SC. Do not use this site. Go to Expedia or Travelocity.

Tickets at work charged additional fee then what was given to the hotel. Got to hotel and still had to pay extra money. Called and the customer service rep started yelling at us saying we were calling him a liar. Asked for supervisor and was on hold 15 min for the same rep to get back on and end the call. I sure hope they go and review the calls because that was the most unprofessional rep I have ever heard. Then to not get any funds back ended up paying 200$ more then going though the hotel directly. They make it sound good but this will not save you money. Don't waste your time with this company.

I'm an EA employee and saw they had this partnership with TicketsatWork. I bought tickets for a festival that were priced similar to the official adult prices but about 3-6$ less. The seats were all the same, no extra options to select from, all same prices since it was general admission so I ordered 3. Unfortunately, when we got to the venue, they didn't let us in because the tickets were said to be "12 years and under" after scanning. After multiple attempts at contacting them, TicketsAtWork can't even help me. They just copy paste the same crap over and over again about how they can price their tickets higher or lower but that the prices tend to be lower. Do they even read? I just lost about 182$ CAD and had to pay a new ticket for myself for same-day price which was more expensive. Nowhere on the ticket says it's 12 years and under. This company is truly a scam. Please don't buy anything from there especially if you're Canadian and will get ripped off with the currency conversion as well.

I used this to buy Disney world tickets about a week ago, the total should have been 351.82 but I was charged 704.64. Only got 2 tickets and when I talked to them they said they don't see that charge only the 351.82. The payment isn't pending on my banks end, but they said it was my bank so I'm disputing the amount I was charged and they cancel my tickets all together and tell me to talk to my bank. But they aren't giving me back the full amount they charged me. So basically they've stolen 351.82 from me. Like I'm not made of money It took me a while to save up that, and now I'm out tickets for a trip I've already planned and booked. DONT EVER USE THEM THEYRE HORRIBLE WITH THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY HAVE 1 STAR FOR A REASON I WISH I KNEW BEFORE THEY STOLE 351.82 DOLLARS FROM ME!

For what it's worth, and for having limited access based on the employment status, there hasn't been a single item listed worth buying. I'm not very picky, but I've never seen a " discount website" give very minute discounts that are more pathetic than a military discount. Most of the time the price is like $10 off a $1700 item are you $#*!ting me

HOWEVER! I purchased Disneyland tickets and they were over $1000, they have tier 6 at the very top, so it is easy to choose that tier if you are not careful with how it works. I had already checked on my phone and knew I was going on a tier 0 day. I paid and sat with myself confused as to why it was so much! And I realized it was tier 6, I called right away and they saw that the date I had reserved to visit landed on a tier 0. OMG! When I tell you all these other reviews are 100% real, believe me, believe them! I called within 30 minutes of realizing!Other places that have no cancelation have EXCEPTIONS-customers are satisfied! I have gotten nowhere with them! They are sweet over the phone but once you receive your email you get your request refused.

We were ripped off with the charges with package Hotel, flight, rental car to FL. We realized too late, it was better to book separate on other channels than Tickets at work. They are not transparent with the charges and comes out too expensive! We learned our lesson. Its no discount at all!

I bought tickets for Broadway show in NY and at the time of booking it showed me better seats. When the order was completed and confirmation was sent to me I was assigned the worst possible seats. I called few times and the customer service representative told me that they will work out with the vendor to resolve the issue but no action was taken. Finally I called again to talk to the manage and I was told the manager will get back to me in 2 to 4 hours. No one called.
I would not recommend anyone to buy tickets from here.

I very rarely write reviews but I want to save someone else from having to go through what I just did. We purchased airlines tickets from tickets at work in early July. On 7/25, I called and changed the days of our flights. I was told I would get a confirmation email and never did. I didn't realize this until yesterday (yes I know that part is on me) so I called again. I was told that my card had been declined for the additional $250 that I had been charged to make the changes and that they had tried to email me several times. There was no reason for my card to be declined and I never received a single email from them about it, not one. I was told yesterday that in order to make the changes now, we would need to pay an additional $1200, due to the flights now being more expensive. I went ahead and paid it because the alternative was to cancel our vacation but I am just sick about it. That's a lot of money, money we were planning on using on vacation and I do not feel we should be responsible for those additional charges. Someone dropped the ball initially when I called the first time and now they are putting it on us and charging us through the nose. Will never ever use this service again.

I book 2 hotel rooms in IL and when we went to check-in the first thing we realized was both A/C didn't work in either of the rooms. Then when we went to start unpacking we found that bathroom had a black mold problem in both showers in both rooms. And on top of that there were bloody boogers wiped on the bathroom counter in one room. Needless to say we didn't stay there. I had to make multiple phone calls almost everyday for them to tell me they are going to issue a refund of 103.46 out of the $600 and a "sorry for your inconvenience". If I would have booked through the hotel instead of ticketsatwork.com I would have got my total refund. But the hotel manager told me I had to go through my 3rd party to get my refund

I ordered tickets to my event 17 days ahead of time. I got the tickets to the event less than 12 hours before it started, and the tickets were for the wrong date. I have called multiple times in the last two weeks to receive a refund and they have given me the same answer: "we are working with our ticket partner to approve your refund." It is not the ticket providers fault at all because the first representee I talked with implied it was the sales rep's fault for purchasing the wrong day. I am never one to care to write a review but I had to share this experience. Do not use tickets at work. Not worth it.

I don't recommend anyone to purchase anything at ticketsatwork.com. The description of item are not very clear they seem like you purchasing concert tickets and when their 3rd party email the tickets the result is that they are not concert tickets only fast lane passes for $130.00 each. Don't even give an option of exchange or refund. First and last purchase. Management need to do a better job to assist customers. I give a 0

Recently I've made two purchases. The first one, I did not get the tickets emailed to me. I called & waited over an hour, then the call back did not ring and I had to start all over. The second time, I purchased two tickets and only got one in my email. I went thru the same wait times, over an hour.

They literally stole my money! My flight got canceled an hour before I was suppose to leave, and I was going to miss my connecting flight I called ticketsatwork and said I named to call the hotel to get my refund I called the hotel and they said I need to call ticketsatwork and ticketsatwork told me I can't get a refund even though my flight was canceled and wasn't going to make it to my destination. They said they will get a hold of me in 72 hours, no call or email. I called them back and waited over an hour again on the phone with them. They said they will try again to get my money back and will call me in the next 72 hours, I called them again and they submitted another claim and still haven't heard back from them its insane! Do not use them they will steal your money, I think they are a fraud company.

Horrible customer service + confusing website.
I tried to book a flight from Fort Myers to Boston and by somehow, they mix the flights from Sarasota. I booked the wrong depart airport and want to change the booking, I tried to send 2 emails but no answers, called 10 times but the agents never let me talk more then 5 seconds, always hang up the phone after I say hi to them. Totally horrible and I guess I will lose my money for this trash company.

Purchased ticket for AMC said I pay about 10.75 and I get ticket for 15.99 +0.00 tax and = 15.99 Movie was 16.99 and instead of paying one more dollar. The ticket they sold me only covered 11.09 dollars not 15.99 and then since I had to pay for tax totaled for their ticket was 12.85 and then I had to pay AMC a fee 2.69. Totaled for a 16.99 ticket was 20.54 not worth it. And I know it is not refundable. So its such a scam beware they just want your money.

I live in the state of California where sale of things like tickets for movies or amusment parks are considered 'service' and not taxable. So I made the mistake of purchasing Disneyland ticket thru *******@work because each purchase came with a $25 gift card, which in theory offset the cost of the Disneyland ticket. Boy was I wrong.
TLDR: I ended up paying almost 10% more at ticket master than if I had just bought ticket direct from Disneyland. And that is factoring the $25 gift card I was given per ticket.
I contacted customer support and asked about the additional tax and fee listed. ( 5 Disney tickets had taxes and fees amounting $100). Customer support said they have no detail in any of the fees or taxes and that data is not visible in their system. I was shocked, when I looked up the order detail as well, for taxes and fees there was no line item but a total of $100, with no explanation whatsoever.
Now the kicker is when I tried to redeem the tickets on Disneyland and make the reservation, I got an error message saying the ticket is invalid please contact the support desk when the ticket was purchased. So I had to contact TicketAtWork again and this time they had no record of my purchase! Even showing photo proof with order number. So now at this point I strongly believe this is a scam website. Luckily I was able to get ahold of another support agent that found my order details and sent me correct Disneyland tickets that worked when I redeemed then.
Utter nightmare,
- Paid about 10% more to get Disney tickets ( when really it should be discounted thru employer)
- Had to deal with customer service ignorance 3 times, once couldn't even find my order number, the others due to negligence, was provided false tickets for redemption.
As a side note, my prior experience with TicketsAtWork is getting AMC tickets, and those were a good discount, and like tickets in California were not taxed, and was not charged a fee. This time with my Disneyland ticket, complete and utter SCAM! I am reporting this to my credit card company and building a case.

Buyer beware of this scam artist company with fraudulent tickets advertised on their website. I purchased tickets for the Luke Combs concert Saturday July 8th at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida on 9/14/22, these tickets were not released to me until Thursday July 6th. I accepted the tickets & did everything the email said to do, the only option I had for these tickets was to add them to my apple wallet which I did, that's when the nightmare began, the tickets once in my apple wallet said they were disabled because they were linked to someone else's Apple ID other than mine & to contact Ticketmaster. Ticketmaster unfortunately couldn't do anything to help me nor even see these tickets listen under my events with them, to contact tickets at work since that's who I purchased them through. Ticket as at work was full of nothing but the run around first it was call Ticketmaster they couldn't help me, when I advised them I already contacted them they told me there was nothing they could do on their end it's on Ticketmaster, trying to give me more bs. I spent hours on the phone with tickets at work & countless emails trying to get the issue with my tickets resolved so I could see Luke Combs like I paid for. To this day 7/17/23 this issue is still on going & tickets at work is refusing to help me or give me my money back claiming there's nothing they can do for me. I've sent them multiple emails with screenshots showing the issue I was having from the get go because they didn't transfer the tickets to me properly to begin with & now they want to keep my money. This company is run by nothing but scammers & conartist who only care about taking your money & not giving you the items you purchased through them.

Answer: Definitely not. They refused to refund a ticket I purchased after the airline cancelled and refunded them directly in 24 hours. It took me 4 months to FINALLY get my money back from them. They lied and kept saying they didn't receive it or that they had to confirm with a different department. They never let me speak to a supervisor or answered my numerous emails. They deliberately try to evade paying back your money! Never again will I book anything through them. Companies should not use them either. They have awful customer service. If you dont believe me check out their consumer ratings online. I am not alone.

Answer: A voucher is a receipt that you exchange with the company to receive an actual ticket. They don't control that process and will refuse any refund to you should anything go wrong. No clue what the actual process is for SeaWorld.
