For now, everything has been positive, I mean, I have had received the order confirmation of my purchase through an email, but to give the company an optimum qualification, of course it will be necessary the process to be finished. After receiving the tickets for the show on my smartphone, I will be in the correct position to rate your services as a whole. By the way, I suggest you to send customers maybe some lines as a friendly reminder, giving details of the electronic delivery of tickets such as the date of that delivery.
Canada postal codes need to be updated on your site. Ours changed but I had to use the old one. The new postal code is L8B OA8.

The service charge per ticket is outrageous
I would have preferred to have the option of printing the tickets instead of having them on the phone. I am not sure that i did the right procedure in order to have the tickets.
Can't believe the fees and up charges
The sale seemed to go very smoothly. However, the tickets were not delivered as promised via email. Shortly before we were going to the theater, I received various frantic messages that tickets could not be delivered. We were told the tickets would be at the "Will Call" window. The first answer was no, no tickets. Only after I showed them all that correspondence and about 10 minutes later, they finally found the tickets.

Service charge and UPS charge are high. When I purchased the ticket it said it would be deliverd by UPS. Good. Then later was told had to use Flash Seats, and download to phone. This always causes problems. I wanted a printed ticket mailed.
