I discovered my debt card was hacked a few hours after purchase was made on my card. I contacted their help desk and was told to provide paperwork showing I closed my account. I did as instructed. Bank told me it would be more than 72 hours before I would receive documentation. Returned call to their help desk. I was told no problem. Rec'd required document yesterday & sent first thing this morning. They denied my refund! Spoke with "boss" who again refused to assist. When asked when I would receive return call was told "I will further investigate and if I have good news by 5:00 I will call back." Apparently, no good news since I did not receive a call back. Sad that they are unwilling to forgo their 72 hour policy. He more or less accused me of not telling the truth. Hard to believe in this current environment that people aren't willing to help when accounts are being hacked daily. I WILL NEVER recommend this site!
My first time using this it was quick and easy. I would definately use it again. We are excited for the show but I did think the service charge was a little high.
I really enjoyed using this site. I was able to easily search the available tickets for my event. The prices were great but, do beware that there will be a sizeable Service Fee attached as the final step upon checkout. Again, still well worth the total price but, it did come as a bit of a surprise to me that a $36 per ticket fee was attached only in the last confirmation of purchase step. I would still use this site again in a heart beat though.

I filed a dispute with Discover and they found for this merchant. Refused to refund. This was a fraudulent sale. I would give no stars if I could. Have contacted CT attorney general as that is the state in which they are licensed. Also filed complaint with BBB. DO NOT purchase tickets from this seller. Broadway.com clearly lists Dates when Ms. Midler is not performing.
This entity is still selling tickets for "Bette Midler" in Hello Dolly for Tuesday performances even though it has been wodely published since mid-June 2017 that she would not be performing on Tuesdays, and other dates, for the remainder of her run. Despite that, they are selling tickets for these performances without a disclaimer as other third party sale entities have. I bought tickets for a Tuesday performance at ridiculously high orices thinking Ms. Midler would be performing. They refuse to refund my money despite this lack of truth in advertising. BUYER BEWARE.

Very average and too slow and put me through to other services I really had no time for. The call took over 20 minutes when I only had 5 minutes. Very dissappointing and a hard sell which I did not appreciate. Very hard to understand to person on the line who had an accent.
