Its a good way. The one thing I would say is that the service fee is a bit much and then instant delivery should be instant, not 20+ minutes.

This was a good way for me to buy tickets! It was easy and made sense and I like being able to receive tickets electronically. So far it's been a good process but I will be more excited when I actually receive the tickets electronically!

If it's important to you to have this out of the way - this is not the way to go. It reminds me of the camp out to get tickets things in the old days - kinda stressful

Looking for quick tickets, then check them out. I would say that the $25 service fee for each ticket, when it is done online in seconds seems pretty outrageous.

Very good but I think that forcing me to write a review of more than 100 characters is unnecessary and ridiculous. I just want to get the tickets, and quite frankly I am only writing this long review to obtain my tickets which is what I am only interested in.

Aside from the massive service fee (20+ dollars PER ticket) the buying process is easy. The only thing I hated was the ticket printed out with the actual cost if I were to buy at the gate ($35) I paid $54.00 ea plus a 20 dollar service fee. Kinda crappy.
